Mace had found a room with piles of stuff, most likely from the kids. She searched through the piles and finally found her locket. She also found something else. She smiled and ran to Johnny, "Hey..." she sees the others, "... I don't want to know. Johnny, I found something for you." she grinned.

She slips the headphones over his gills, then opens up a hatch on one on the headphones, and attaches the hose it and turns in on. The hose fill up the actually hollow headphones.
