Damn it...I'm going to be late...you had to stay for Love Love Guilty, didn't you?!
Jade panted as she sprinted down the streets towards the REBEL HQ. She wasn't dressed for a run, being in a strappy black top with the Garyuu Wave symbol on it, skinny jeans and baseball boots, and having just come from a Garyuu Wave concert on the other side of town, after spending a tense day in court she didn't exactly feel up to it.
She slowed for a few moments, trying to work out how far she had left to go,
So if I'm here...and I passed the old church about ten minutes ago...then...Oh God, don't tell me I'm lost.
She stopped and looked around, trying to get her bearings, but she'd only been in the city for six months, and hadn't had any reason to be near here before. There was only one thing for it...keep running. There was no use stopping, and if she kept going she'd end up there eventually, right?
Leap before you think, Jade!
She set off again, picking streets to go down at random, until she noticed someone she knew standing in a doorway. Someone who beared more than a passing resemblance to her pet dog, Ammy. She came over, a relieved smile on her face.
"Detective...Morgan! Is this...where...we're...meeting?" She panted.

Cyrus scratched his head as he saw Lycos,
"I never knew you were a member!" he said slowly and then he added "Oh well, our meeting starts in five minutes... Our... Third meeting in three years... This is my second so far."

"In that case..." Sano said as he fumbled through his trenchcoat and pulled out a smoke "None of you mind, do you?" Before anyone could answer, he struck a light and lit the cig. He took a long drag and blew the smoke to the ceiling. "So is this everyone?" he asked as he looked from Lycos, to Cyrus, to Jade "Didn't you say there were more, Cyrus?"

"This is a full meeting, everyone will be here, that bloke there..." Cyrus pointed at a man in the corner, his long black hair covered one of his eyes completely, he had many scratches on his face, some were bleeding, he wore sunglasses with dark crimson lens a long blood red tailcoat.

Cyrus was about to answer when a monkey appeared from mid air and began dashing across the room.
"Oh don't be frightened! It's just George the R.E.B.E.L monkey... He just acts as our lookout."

There was a loud popping noise and George transformed into a ball of wool and rolled off.

Kane came down the stairs with Fenrir behind him and said to Cyrus "Get everyone to the meeting room now."
Cyrus nodded as he saw Kane and Fenrir dissapear into the room.
"Sano, Jade, Ayn, Isher... Old Man, the meeting is starting now."

Jade yawned as she followed the others into the meeting room. She picked a chair on the oppisate side to Lycos and sunk into it, more tired than she would admit.
This meeting better be good. I didn't run half way across the city for nothing! And I missed half of the gig as well...Oh well, at least I made it in time. Slightly early, as well! I should enter the Olympics!
She gave a lopsided smile, leant back in her chair and waited for the meeting to begin.

"It's never going to happen," said Ayn "We will sit here until we die of starvation."
"Silence" said Kane, he moved to the end of the table and placed both his claws on it, "First, I would like to welcome two new members to R.E.B.E.L... Jade... And..." Kane stared at Sano Morgan for two seconds and then said "And Sano..."
Nial coughed and a smirk appeared on Fenrir's face.
"Isher," said Kane "Start."
The silent man with the red tailcoat conjured a thick black folder out of mid air, pulled a piece of paper out of it and scanned it rather quickly.
"Last sighting... Marcus de Bliss at the market due north... Time... half past six pm yesterday, activity unknown."
Kane said nothing for a minute and then growled "Tomorrow, you and Lycos will go scout out the area, remember to keep out of sight."
Isher stood up and said quietly "I assume that's all I need to know?"
"All you need to know."
Isher left the room and closed the door with a snap.
"Nial, start."
The old man shook his head and said "No sightings at the west walk yesterday from 6:00PM to 1:00AM sir."
Kane nodded "You will scout the same area tomorrow, bring Sano and Jade with you."

Lycos sighed a bit as he watched Isher leave the room. It wasn't that he didn't like Isher, it's more of a matter of his style and Isher's not working well together. With another sigh he listened to the rest of the reports and waited for Kane to call on him.

Lycos slid a photo of Wren to Kane at this point. "That photo is of a man, no, a machine that was present outside the Platinum Dragon yesterday who I spotted transfer mercury very carefully into the bar. If I'm to believe reports of what happened in the bar, this man was the one that was responsible for trying to kill Ayn." Lycos closed his eyes and waited to hear what Kane thought of this incident.

Kane took the photoand examined it.
"Wrex de Bliss, he's their leader... And yes, TDB has recently used Mercury to try and kill off our members but luckily..." he moved to the corner of the room where there was a drawer, he pulled it open and took out four small bottles of green liquid.
"Antidote" said Kane giving them all to Lycos, he got eight more and handed four each to Jade and Sano, "Remember to come back here anytime to restock on them, but I rather none of you have to use them."

"Yes we do." said Cyrus as he opened the door to the offices, the room was lit with an orange light and it somehow gave it a relaxing atmosphere, there were desks with files and folders on, some with computers, "We actually use the offices quite a lot" said Cyrus, he went to throw some scrunched up paper in a litter can in that was placed next to a desk, "Kane will tell you where you are going to work tomorrow."
