[On the subject of the trunk and timing:

People probably can't stay in it that long due to very low airflow and general uncomfortableness. If someone entered the trunk with the intention to surprise someone, the target would have to show up very soon thereafter. This implies that Florian's move here was very precise and he got into the trunk at exactly the right time.]

"It is a loose connection, but... after Irene was knocked out, Rinea disappeared. And then we have video footage of her corpse sometime afterwards... James was the one with the camera at this time. So, it might not be too big a stretch to say that James was the one who knocked them out, by hitting them with his camera perhaps."

Couldn't have been the camera for me, since it was recording me. And it'd probably leave a dent in the camera if it hit Irene, anyway, and it doesn't seem to have a dent. Though... him saying that he lost his memories right around that time is a bit convenient for him, now that you mention it."

"They'd have definitely gotten blood on them when p-putting Florian through the wood chipper, judging by the splatters everywhere else. Or alternatively, they used the curtain to keep the blood off them while he was being put through. Maybe they left it under a running shower to wash all that off. That would explain why no-one was wet."
