Jeez, why do people get so fucking upset about that?
In Germany, you can have sex at the age of 14 - as long as your partner is between 14 - 18 years old.

Eh, as long as they are a nice decent size... not too big.
And none of those cow-udder-boobs I've seen in some H... ugh...

Did I miss the boo discussion, yet again? I always miss boobs.

Oh, and to elaborate previous RPG-related post, I spent almost all of my starting gold in D&D on a magical glove of fire damage, which I then proceeded to punch a grey ooze to death with. I failed the fairly easy (for me, as a monk) Reflex save to not have it dissolved in ooze, so then proceeded to fall to the floor, drinking. Of course, we then went on to fight and kill a dragon, so when we generate loot next session maybe I'll get enough gold for a new one.

And in Black Crusade, my Heretek, inquisitive of a new planet's rituals and leisure acivities, discovered the religious ceremony of repeatedly crushing one's enemies, ten at a time arranged in a triangle, while efficient machines immediately replace them with fresh ones. They call this arcane ritual "bowling."
I may have spent all of my fate points (allowing for one re-roll each) trying to bowl a perfect game, and flubbed up on the very last roll, with the re-roll being the exact same number. Being a Chaos game, I may have to return to what I've dubbed the "Temple of Bowling" to extract information about the super-secret grand prize.
Oh, and one of our party members very nearly caused a planet-wide war just by looking at trains.

XP why would you buy them if you aren't a fan of the series? It seems so Niche.

I'm a nerd for card games, if one has my attention for more than 5 seconds i end up picking up at least one booster pack.

I have a binder filled with a random assortment of trading card, i have amazing collections of things no one will ever care about. XD

Would it be appropriate for it to be known as "jerking off" if a woman is doing it? Also, they get upset about it because if the idea behind it. Some people think that stuff like that can lead to things like you raping a 14 year old; which could be true, a guy became a rapist due solely to masturbating to j.c. Penny's magazines, so they may have a point. It just offends some people when they know that shit like that happens, and quite frankly (just a note, not a father, I'm 17 for goodness sakes) if I had a daughter that was 14, I admit, that would make me uncomfortable.

My brother and i have been thinking what would be good VS Capcom games.
I ended up yelling Bushiroad Vs Capcom... Now i kind of want to see that, and i only know 4 (5 if you count them having distribution rights in Japan)
and one of those is already a huge crossover.

Hey, I have had dirty fantasies - and yes, I'll admit, masturbated once to them - of Ocarina of Time Child Link being raped by Ganondorf. Most people do not do what they think of doing in their fantasies - if they did, I would never have managed to strangle so many people as I have in my fantasies, because I'd already be incarcarated.

As for the one guy you mentioned, well. I'll say the same thing I say about people who think people who play shooter videogames always end up running amok: If they already decided that running amok is the best way to deal with this, they already had mental problems that had nothing to do with playing videogames.

Still was a nice gesture.

Also Cat remember when we talked about things being too risqué? XP I'd rather not know what fanfic/doujin you masturbated too is a prime example of that.

I absolutely agree with the girl here, that just cause someone has big boobs, you do not have an automatic right to touch them. Teachers may take a pick peek, but if they have their eyes glued to them, especially when the clothes are not revealing, is just beyond the limits of okay. And by god she's a triple D!

A triple D! I'm envious over here! Goddammit, even I wanna touch them, they look incredibly soft. I want them~ :sob:

Oh come on, she is either lying or way over-reacting. Not that at school something perverted never happens but:
"and all day long i had to slap guys who found it perfectly okay to grab them"
Unless you are in 'Rape College High' or something I just don't see this happening. She is obviously fishing for sympathy and compliments and quite frankly I hate these types of girls.

Oh on another note, I've been in my first (and probably last) bar fight! I don't know why, but it kind of feels like a badge of honor. I'll tell the story behind it, because it was legitimately self defense:

There were including me 3 people. while my 2 friends were talking someone bumped into the only guy in our group who had a beer in his hand causing him to spill a good amount on himself. Forget an apology, after bumping into my friend he tried to shove him aside since he wanted to go into that direction. He stumbled a lot though, causing him to pass very slow. My friend decided to get even on the guy and poured the remaining beer on him.
This caused the guy to turn around and face him. I immediately saw in the guys eyes that he was looking for a fight, so I stepped in the middle to keep the 2 apart. I'm quite large (1,96 meter) so neither of them could reach the other with me in the way. Seeing that the drunk attacker had no way of reaching his target he decided to unleash his rage on me instead.

by hopelessly flailing his arms.

I put up a standard defensive stance (note: I practice martial art for more than 3 years now) and tried to let him calm down a bit. He was missing me completely since my reach was considerably bigger and he only threw straight punches. The thing is, he wouldn't stop. after 12 -14 failed punches (he repeatedly threw a right and a left punch in a 1-2 fashion, so it was easy to count) he still showed no signs of stopping and the security still hadn't intervened yet. I grew tired of his flailing and if he figured out to throw a hook instead of a straight punch then I could be in trouble. I waited for his flailing 1-2 combo and because he had done this like 6 or 7 times before I knew I now had a second or 2 to counter (yeah he was quite drunk, so there was a delay between his punches).

I pulled my right arm back while moving my left arm more to the left so I could see him properly. I took 1 step forward with my right leg and my right arm followed suit. I put my weight behind my punch and cleanly connected to his chin. He stumbled 4 steps backward from the impact and his eyes completely opened. You could see the confusion in his eyes, it must have happened pretty fast from his point of view.

Unfortunately my timing was the absolute worst. The security was right behind me when I punched the guy and they didn't see what happened up to that point, only that there was a fight going on. A security guy asked me to step outside so we could talk, along with my other friend who also did not have beer in his hands. apparently he stood between me and the friend who got beer spilled over as a sort of last defense.
We calmly walked outside with the guard and explained that it was simple self defense. Since we weren't nearly as drunk as the attacker and told the situation in a calm matter to him he believed us and didn't give us a rough treatment for fighting in the bar.

We were still expelled from the bar for fighting though. We got our coats and started to bike back home, proudly discussing my victory.

extra:
I didn't know what happened to my attacker afterward since we almost immediately were separated after my punch. My friend who spilled beer over the attacker was not expelled from the bar though, since security did not see him do anything even though he instigated this whole incident! He did sent me a message afterward that he felt really guilty for what happened and apologized. I told him not to worry since I got away completely unhurt and now had another great story to tell my friends.

Nice job man, though it's a shame things escalated like that. Spilling pints over someone in a crowded bar as a fight starter is so common and cliché you'd hope people would just realise it's an easy accident and let it go *sigh* It's not like anyone wants to spill it in the first place...well except for your friend I'd definitely say pouring it on the guy was crossing a line.

Still quite the story :kristoph: Be a good one to tell for a while, though if your pal doesn't learn to let that stuff go it might not be your last barfight.

I had a friend who had a very similar experience like that but the difference was he saw it happen to someone else next to them while they were playing Beerpong.

Amen to that. Some places are worse than others when it comes to douchebags. I'm a guy, so I can't claim to know much about what it's like to be sexually harassed or anything, but I see a lot of stuff about it on TV. That stuff is serious, you can go to prison for it, at least around here. NEVER assume that someone who claims that they were sexually harassed is lying. They could very well be, but that's for the jury to decide, assuming the person who is harassed took it to court.

Of course, there are people who lie about being harrassed. But then, sometimes you can tell whether someone has been harrassed or molested. As Bitter Virgin very nicely demonstrates. (SFW except for some underwear)

Yes, of course there are. And a lot of people lie about other crimes, too. But what makes me angry is that sexual assault accusations are taken waaaaaay less seriously than so many other criminal accusations. "She's lying" always seems to be the default response, and so people start to believe that most girls are lying, and people who are telling the truth become silenced and shamed.

I actually remember I was on the subway once and I saw a older middle aged woman accuse this guy of sexually assaulting her on the train supposedly because he touched her butt but the guy said he never did and so did the other witnesses

OK, she was lying. I'm not saying all accusations should be taken at face value. But that you felt the need to interject with a story about a woman lying when I'm talking the danger in assuming women are lying kind of seems...off.

My point is not that all women are telling the truth. My point is that we usually don't believe them and that's a massive problem.

Look, I'm not trying to make light of sexual assault in any way, neither is 'she's lying' my default response. But in this case all the evidence seems to be pointing in that direction. The fact that I have never been sexually assaulted doesn't mean I'm incapable of telling if somebody is lying or not. I'm looking at this case this way:

The girl claims: "and all day long i had to slap guys who found it perfectly okay to grab them", "I constantly get called a whore and a tease."
"Girls are always accusing their boyfriends of sleeping with me."
Note that she isn't talking about an incident or a few, but these problems happen: "all day long, constantly & always" to use her own words. If these claims are true then for the first one you could even get the police involved, but at least these guys would get a suspension from school. Claim 2 and 3 would mean she has quite a lot of enemies at her school, mostly out of jealousy of her big boobs.

She responded with her tumblr post. she made a gif of herself holding her boobs and then flips off to the camera. This gif immediately grabs your attention, which is pretty smart of her, because in a matter of seconds she is setting a tone for her message.

She proceeds to tell her story in a very one sided manner. We don't know the circumstances behind the incidents, she does, yet she is only talking about the final crimes which have been committed. So we have a story about a girl with big boobs (the way she writes about them sounds like she is actually gloating in my own opinion) who experienced a lot of sexual assault and is now acting out against it.

All this story is missing is practically a request to like and share. A person under this kind of stress is highly unlikely to tell this story in this way not anonymously. In the story she does nothing wrong, yet all the bad things happen to her, which is always unlikely. She tells this story on tumblr, a site which apparently has quite a feminist community. Note that one of the first reactions comes from someone called: submissivefeminist.

TL;DR In the story everybody is at fault but her. She uses the gif for an extra shock element to tell a story which is spiced up using adjectives and subjective terms. She tells this story to an audience which is likely to take her side on this matter.

Again I'm not making light of sexual assault, nor am I saying this girl has never experienced it. But this story is either just half the truth or she is spicing her story up to get a bigger response from her audience. You can tell it from the way this whole thing gets presented to you.
Face your emptiness don't be afraid. The danger is often smaller than your fear.

This has become a rather... lowbrow thread. As I pointed out before, we can't seem to go even one week without the topic becoming M-rated. Then again, it's possible that was always the case and I just don't remember.

No it's definitely not always been this bad. This thread was created because in other topics people would ramble off topic and just start chatting about something. It was just general conversation and while technically what's talked about is still that the content is decidedly more...and yet less mature than ever.

So lets turn this into some discussion more serious.

I wouldn't say Women making accusation of sexual assault are lying about a lot of things but at the same time I'd be exceptionally wary and I wouldn't assume what they say is fact as is. There is no real reason to believe one person over another, the accused has every right to say "She's lying" because sometimes, they do lie. There was a case a while back where two men went to jail for a good 6-10 years on accusations of rape and it later turned out the victim had lied...and that's inexcusable.

Sexual assault and Rape are horrible unspeakable things but those who would lying about such things to create suffering for others is just as bad a crime. Therefore whenever such serious allegations are thrown about no sides should be taken until we can get some more information to make an informed decision.

I think for cases like this the most smart thing is that you can't be able to send someone to jail on just accusations unless there is some hard evidence and witnesses that prove that the accusations are correct.

Good old "innocent until proven guilty." It might lead to some criminals getting off scot-free, but I'd rather let a criminal go than throw an innocent person in prison (especially when the crime in question warrants the death sentence).

Don't get me wrong, its bad if the person did actually commit the crime and got way but I agree that cases should be investigated more throughly and diligently instead of rushing. That way you don't wrongly accuse the wrong person.

I never intended to argue otherwise, Fool Bright. A criminal getting away with his/her crime is rarely, if ever, a good thing. My point is simply that thorough investigation and presumption of innocence go a long way toward helping to prevent innocent people being convicted. Besides, if an innocent person is convicted, it would follow that the guilty party got off scot-free.

I know you weren't,I just didn't want people thinking I condone criminals getting away. I agree with you 100% that an investigation should be taken slowly and looked at tooth and nail making sure nothing gets by unchecked.

Though some people might argue that "Innocent until Proven Guilty" is EXACTLY the kind of attitude that means people don't believe cases like the girl's above us. The phrase itself has strong implications and even if it treats people fairly it is loaded with doubt in the prosecution's case.

Which might be another problem entirely in the terminology for it.
