Turning to the Haiku Author, Mikael asked, "Oh right, Ohishi, do you have some input on this question I have? I'm still wondering about something interesting Cain and Colin said. Why would those two have heard the sound of dripping ink, instead of writing? Also that haiku on the big sheet of paper; not your doing, right?"

[got clarification from Lone on something that may be helpful: it’s safe to assume more than one potion could’ve been used as long as the bottle wasn’t taken too. Additionally there is more than one disguise potion]

He splashes the potion onto a picture of Monomi.
"Nothing happens. When I put water on it..."
He splashes on some bottled water. The picture goes bright red... for one minute.
"Now I can't make this red for another hour."
He grabs a picture of what looks like a red version of him. 'Monotaro' is written in the corner. Monokuma splashes some potion on it and waits for 60 seconds. He puts water on it and the picture goes red for one minute.
"So here's how it works. The potion will only activate when it comes into contact with water. Once it's active, it will last a minute. Until then, it can lay dormant indefinitely. Oh, and you don't need 50 ml to make this one work. You could use even 1 ml and have a tiny red dot."
