Correct. The best and most sympathethic character to me in 2-3, as well as JFA is...Moe. Not even kidding here. People may say it's because we share a good sense of humour, but there's a lot more to him than that. Through optional dialogue, you find out that he has an estranged wife and daughter whom he can't see, this giving him parallels to the ringmaster. He only wants good things for the people in the circus,and tries to help more. His whole first testimony is taken like a joke,but it's actually just him trying to give out his feelings. It's very genuine to the point where even Takumi cried while writing him. He even brings Regina to the trial on the second to show her the truth, and that not everyone who dies becomes a star, which has affected her life quite seriously. And after the case is over, he doesn't whine about how everything sucks. He takes up the mantle of ringmaster, starts a friendship with Max, and hopes to make the Berry Big Circus great one day. What an amazing and underrated character. If there's one thing that the anime improved on, it was this case in general. But anyway, your turn, Kami. Quote: You can guess it now if you want to.
