"Okay!" Victoria smiled. The trial was a bout to start! Her very first trial! She was glowing with excitement. She dragged Kureno into the courtroom, taking her place next to the defense's stand. "Let's do this!"

I'm more than likely the first witness. Naomi striaghtened herself out in case, stretched herself a bit. Her shoulders felt cramped for being hunched over reading the case file, and strode confidently into the courtroom.

Adam stood up, confident that he wouldn't screw this up, and went into the courtroom. Deep breaths.. Count to 10.. Deep breaths..

Dr. Reed took his seat. Would they call upon him today? He hoped so. If all sides of a story needed to be heard, then surely everything mattered.

Everyone had entered the courtroom. The noise was bustling and the turnout was vast. The courtroom was brightly lighten. *THUMP! THUMP*. The gavel was struck and put aside. "We now begin the case of Richard McEwan. Being charged with murder by the state. Defending him is the defense Mr. Kureno Sakamoto and prosecuting will be Mr. Lincoln Rarey. Are the defense and Prosecution ready?" The judge questions them.

"Yes, your honor. The defense is ready." he said, calmly. He looked at the prosecution. Hmph. Amateur. He got competitive when it came to his job. He kept looking at the prosecution, as if he was waiting for him to spit out an answer to the judge's question.

In the procecution stand he felt rexlaxed and confident as he always did. He loved the room it was so small and enclosed like a miniature universe for which all his attention recieved. He looked at the defense attorney. He wore an expesive looking black suit and had an undoubtedly expensive haircut. But none of these things matter to him. What mattered to him was his body language. He noted that he showed no signs of any stess activty not even small ones which was unusual as even the most harded of lawers showed a little stress. He was clam and collected and confident, This just made Lincoln agitated. The thrill of the hunt. He wondered to himself what his body language was showing to him. Dont forget that even when your studying them they are studying you. sometimes even harder. More memories of his dad came back to him. He turned his attention to the defenses assistant whoms body language showed some digns of stress but her facial expressions told him that it was indictive of exitement mor e than anything else. He turned to the jusdge and proclaimed simply. "The prosecution is ready your honor.".

Victoria stood beside Kureno. She was so excited! She stared at the prosecutor. Hmm....He looked slightly nervous. She whispered to Kureno, "The prosecutor looks nervous....Time to rip his case to shreds!" She smiled maliciously.

Monika stood by Linc, looking calmly at the defense team. "This guy is pretty experienced, but he's probably not as good as he's made out to be," she whispered. "Just don't let him see you falter, and we'll be fine." She glanced at the case file one more time, making sure she was prepared.

"The Prosecution has no opening statement. The evidence speaks for itself."

He looked over to teh defense to see how they would react.
