But the Prosecution said the 2nd Gunshot was when the Defendant Missed the first shot... So that means that the Witness must of heard the second gunshot..."

-What I saw-
I was taking a stroll at the lake at 9, when I heard a gunshot.
I turned around and saw two women standing at the other side of the lake.
One of them held a gun, the other one was swaying a bit, holding her chest.
Then there was a bit of a struggle and the gun fell to the ground. One of the women fell into the lake and the other one ran away.
I ran after her and tackled her to the ground. It was the defendant
Once I had her pinned down I took out my cell phone and called the police.
