Amy called Ashley to the lake. Amy had done research on the murder of her brother, and discovered the truth, that Ashley Robbinson was the real murderer. Ashley arrived at the lake around 4:30 PM, which Amy murdered her, then pushed her body into the lake after trying it to a block. Blaine saw this murder happening, and ran, not wanting anything to do with it. Amy then called Myako out to the lake at 9 PM, planning to kill her because she blamed Myako for not protecting her brother. Around 9PM. When Myako arrived, Amy went to shoot at her, but missed. That’s when she noticed Daisy across the lake, who took a picture of the crime. Deciding to use this to her advantage, Amy then plunged herself into the lake, dropping the handgun. Daisy thought she saw Myako kill Amy, especially because Myako fled afterwards. Daisy called the police, and when they found Ashley’s body, they were unable to determine an exact cause of death because of the effects of water on her body. Amy swam to the other side of the lake, and told police she had witnessed the crime while on a hike through the lake’s wilderness trail. The police arrested Myako after Daisy told them she had seen the same thing.
Got the Gun from Blaine Shade. Shot Ashley with it, then attempted to shoot Myako with it, but missed. When she missed, she threw the gun at Myako, then jumped into the water.

I am sorry for being late to ask this, but I Have crucial arguments to the case!
I only ask that I be allowed to be the defense and stand in for Hyperjerk, who has proven that he does not have the capability to reveal the [glow=]TRUTH.[/glow] He has done nothing but get penalized and prove nothing.

The witness's statement does not make sense...why would she admit to this crime, when there are so many questions left unanswered?
It will all become clear, if I were allowed to defend and protect..besides..it's only the first day, and no real crucial evidence has been presented..
