"Im Not finished yet judge!.... She saw the Murder and then she ran, While running she fell in the lake.. Which Is the theory of why she didnt hear the 2nd gunshot... But the Prosecution said the 2nd Gunshot was when the Defendant Missed the first shot... So that means that the Witness must of heard the second gunshot..."
