As she scanned the audience, her eyes met a familiar face and she jumped with a slight surprise. In the audience was a familiar attorney with brown hair, staring down at Tavern with hate in his eyes. She looked at him for a few seconds longer, hoping he'd look at his former client, but to no avail.
Shaking it off, Myako sighed.
"I sure hope my attorney's ready for this... Prosecutor Tavern is a ruthless man."

Arxane ground his teeth and worked his way to the top of the stand. His arms were fairly strong, and he could support his weight. "The name's Arxane... And I'll ask you to not forget that..." He shifted his balance to keep his head above the stand and remain visible to the court so his testimony could be heard. "As for what I discovered at the scene: I'll tell you."
--The Scene of the Crime--
-Alright! Listen up, everyone, cause I'm only gonna say this once!
-Our team arrived at the scene at around... Oh... I'd say... 9:00 at night.
-After some looking around, I found two people holding down the defendant, Miss Myako Iitai, over there.
-After one of the people, Miss... Truth? I believe it was... explained just what happened, we arrested the defendant and sent her to the station.
-After further snooping around, I just so happened to come across the murder weapon.
-The funny thing about the weapon, though, is that the grip is made of a special material, and appearantly it's resistant to fingerprints. Only serves to make my job a living hell, if you ask me.
-And that's all I have to say about that.

Arxane chuckled to himself for a job well done. He looked over at the defendant's chair. "Gettin' a little hot over there?"
As Arxane attempted to bow, he seemed to forget that his feet were not firmly on the ground and lost his balance, hit his chin on the stand, and fall backwards landing on the floor with a dull thud.
"Son of a bitch!" he yelled in pain.

The Detective cannot tell you what happened BEFORE he arrived, obviously, that's the duty of our first witness, don't you agree Mr. Hyperjerk?

"And as for what happened leading up to the attack?" Arxane rolled his eyes. "Yeah, let me just fire up my time machine and get back to you on that. That all happened before I even showed up!
