No offense, most of the characters in AA shared themes, heck, some didn't even fit along with the CHARACTERS! (Gant's was ominous, but also a bit "play-time" like, so it wasn't fully suitable for him IMO), but JFA KNOWS who to give themes to, and keep themes for from past games. The music also helps with the drama a lot of the time as well (The fire burns scars = GREAT THEME!!!).

Gant's theme really fits him perfectly..the stuffiness and formality the organ-ness and it just reeks of authority..and the playful bits kinda indicate his manipulative-ness...to me at least..
but you are entitled to your opinion..
But I think the crux of it here is that while JFA has great side music and theme music..none of which you hear time and again as in court music..the exceptions would be announce the truth, cornered..and possibly court..and there are no memorable cases to remember the music..cept 2-4 perhaps..so it's not very remarkable in that sense..but i think it shines in the non-court music dept.
