This thread is awesome. My favorite things (aside from the awesome artwork) are the people, who after pages and pages of discussion about some incredibly gay lines on Adrian's part, randomly come in and go "WTF Adrian's not gay? How could you think THAT?".
I think it's the fact she tried to follow the woman she looked up to and depended on more than life itself to her death that did it. It's a bit of a sterotypical heterosexual girl thing to do, after all.

You know, statistically speaking it would be abnormal if there WASN'T at least one homosexual character in PW, if not five or ten...bisexual, at least. And considering Adrian's obvious sway toward people of the female sex, she'd be one of the more likely cantidates. I'd say at the LEAST there's a 1 in 5 chance of her being lesbian or bisexual. 2 in 5 or 3 in 5 or even more, fanonly speaking, 'specially when you add in that piece of guest art and the fact that her only stated relationship was because of a woman--not WITH a woman, but still BECAUSE of a woman.

If anyone was actually wondering when I was going to write AdrianxPenny (considering I come here everyday and be all YUPIMAWRITIN'ADRIANPENNY and then I never do it) I REPLAYED CASE 3 AND I THINK IMA WRITE IT SOON...Not really romantic fic though, more like the fluff friendship I described earlier. 'Though since it's Adrian and she's such a lesbian I might have her be like "CHECKIN'PENNYOUT okayshe'sjustakid DON'T HAVE TO BREAK ANY PLATES THEN" I really don't think Adrian likes average, young-looking girls like Penny anyway considering Celeste and Fran are both the mature, strong type. I think Adrian+Penny is cute tho cuz before Fran comes along Adrian is still keeping up her facade trying to be cool trying to stay unemotional and I think it'd be good for her to have just a nice, normal person around to unwind with, not someone that she would be dependant on just a friend, that would be healthy for her I think...sort of like the appeal of FranzyxMaya I guess, 'cept with less drastic opposities? And maybe JuanxAdrian would be happening during this time and I could milk some dialogue/story out of that...hm...</RAMBLING>

Ah, thank you for the ideas and encouragement =D Maybe Penny could try to kind of discreetly ask about Adrian and Juan and Adrian would be all "RUMORS PSH" and then Penny could catch Juan and Adrian in a meeting and be like "Adrian LIED to me" and ANGST and then try to figure out what else Adrian is hiding...ooor I could just go with cute fluff, I'm not sure Penny lends herself well to angst, in 1-3 she seemed to be trying to ignore all the tragedies happening...hmm...I could go either way really :o
Anyway, I think I'm going to start off with them meeting for the first time at a lunch break....but Question: Does anyone know when Adrian and Penny first started working at Global studios? Penny was working there at least one year before 2-4 but I don't know when Adrian started...I want them to start off with a little "HEY HAVEN'T SEEN YOU AROUND BEFORE :B" chat but I want to make sure it's canonly correct with who started first.
I'm kinda busy with schoolwork today, but I think I'll be able to work on the fic tomorrow...Anyway, I'll get this thing done SOMEtime and I'll definitely link it here when I do ^^

With the exception of her I don't really think in terms of "this person's gay" "this person isn't" though unless they actually say they are/aren't :o So I dunno what it is about Adrian. I guess I just consider onesided Adrian->Celeste to be semi-canon >>;
