I just thought of something:

What exactly was Wellington's motive?
We know he killed Dustin as he saw him in police garb, and he was worried he'd be exposed as a con man right?
But why would he want to frame Maggey, when all he wanted was his phone back?
Isn't this a bit harsh on Maggey?

It's quite simple actually: what better way to avoid arrest than by finding someone else to pin the blame on. Maggey happened to be the logical choice, since she was there...

Fair enough, makes sense. I just thought he might have had intricate reason rather than just "she was there".
Wellington annoyed me, he talked too much.
I just tried making a signature, its not very good :D

Con artists con people. Cons are illegal, as they're very closely related to theft and/or fraud. Dustin was a police officer, so obviously there'd be repurcussions for Wellington, which led to the whole 2-1 case.
