True, but I don't think just one murder is enough for the death penalty. Dahlia killed three people (though one she never got convicted for, she still had two counts of murder on her).

Even if he wasn't poisoned, he'd probably have gotten the death penalty. EVERYONE gets the death penalty if they are found guilty. :P I'm pretty sure Furio was aware of what Viola put in her coffee brews, so I don't think he would drink his 'gifts'. But that's just me.

I don't think the police would let Viola give Furio cups of coffee anyway.

She killed Valerie, but wasn't convicted. That doesn't count. Terry committed suicide, and she was never charged with involvement (how could she have been?), so that doesn't count. She was also never charged with Diego's "murder" until possibly after Turnabout Memory, so that may count. And she was convicted for Doug's murder, so that counts. So that's one, possibly two, counts of murder. Or am I missing something?

von Karma is presumably getting the death penalty for the murder of Gregory Edgeworth, so one count of murder in the first degree is certainly enough to get the axe (or noose, as the case may be) in AA-land. And because the death penalty is a given conclusion in AA-land (Joe Darke, and I believe there are other examples that I can't think of atm), it would be wise for fans of the murderers to prepare themselves.

The japanese-to-english translation of the GS3 FAQ on GameFAQs suggests that he (maybe Phoenix? Or is it Armstrong?) will be "bald in three days" after drinking the special tea. So it's bad, but it's not death.

Didn't Viola say that she returned the $500,000 along with a special tea set? Then she said she bets he's drinking it right now? Why would she give Tigre $500,000?

If he was still alive, he could get Viola a bigger sentence, and Bruno wouldn't want that to happen. Either he'd kill him, Viola would kill him, or he'd just get the death penalty or something...

Then again, why so sure that he even drank it? Viola is pretty much a psycho, so she's not much to trust IMO. However, his death is quite possible. ku...ku...ku...ku...

Anyway, Tigre might not be dead. The police might have offered him a bargain to sell out other minor mobsters or whatever he's supposed to be.
