She was pretty minor, but the way her character was designed and how she acting was funny, intriguing and strangly....adorable. Though I think a lot of people were focused on two specific points of interest. (yes, I said it. It's been said before.)
When she screams "NOOOOO!" I wanted her eyes to go white, and smoke to shoot out of her headset. All the the lights would go white simultaneously, flickering.
And in an epic breakdown, I'd want her to start randomly doing through all of her poses and expressions in a rapid sense, as the lights go faster and faster. Then she suddenly screams and have all the flashing lights on her suit explode in sequence.

Actually, I just included Lisa in a huge fan fiction that I was writing for a Disney Story, although it's GLaDOS doing the epic arm cannon stuff.
