Dahlia's saccharine charms work on people outside of the game. For such a hyped "Big Bad" villain, she was a complete bust, failing to achieve any of her objectives and getting banished to the after life in the end. Even Frank Sahwit managed to accomplish more than her. For all we know, he must have successfully looted numerous apartments prior to his conviction.

I agree, Dahlia was pretty lame, for reasons already stated by Mr. Bear. I don't even consider her the main villain of the PW arc, that role is occupied by Morgan.

As a vaillain, while she did fail practically every time, her hatred for the Feys and Phoenix, enough to come back from the dead in the way she did, leaves me with the impression that she is the greatest villain in the series. Sure, she might not have been as successful as osme of the others, but the fact she affected the lives of practically every main character in a negative way shows that in some way, she did have success, just not through murder.

I mean:that Ron Delite never was caught. He was Masque Demasque after all, he did all the thefts , yet he did not planned them. Luke Atmey planned them for him and he had the balloon due to the fact that he needed it for his job.
Atmey was simply a blackmailer and Ron came into KB security as Masque Demasque what caused the huge contradiction in Atmey's testimony.

I wonder if it is with Dahlia and Iris as it was with Snake and Liquid. Afterall, Dahlia is a total evil bitch and Iris is the friendliness in person. Just wondering though. . .
