I'm trying to break Lisa's psych locks. On the final question about "the program that will earn Glen money" I presented the MC bomber CD but... it didn't work! T^T Do I have to somehow verify the CD belongs to Glen before I can present it?

I had the same problem too, clickmon, but after some struggles:
Spoiler: Case 3-3
After Gumshoe leaves Tres Bién and you "give" the lunch to Maggey, he should be back in Criminal Affairs Department. He will tell you about the rampaging virus, but he can't remember it's name. Present him the MC Bomber CD and he will remember about it. He will also tell you how much it is worth etc. Then it will be updated in court records and you will be good to go.
