Hey everyone!
I just stumbled upon this video from PhoenixWrongTheMovie
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3-jje6F_4KQBoth Motehide Eshiro and Chris Svensson have stated that if there is enough fan demand for a physical release, then they will consider making a physical copy!

...Eshiro added that if there if fans push hard for a physical release, Capcom will consider releasing a physical boxed version of Ace Attorney — Dual Destinies. (source

In the days after we announced AA5 for the West being digital only, and the requests of others for a physical release, we mobilized our US team to put together possible options that may address the concerns.
As a part of that process, Eshiro-san and I have met mulitple times, including the morning where he gave the interview where he made the statement above. I was not quite ready to open the possibility to folks until we had a few more ducks in a row but Eschiro suggested he mention the potential in an an interview he was having that afternoon.
So, if you'd like to be heard, you can post on this thread (I'll leave it open), PM me on Capcom-Unity or hit up my twitter (@chrissvensson) as many folks already have. I need some additional ammo and these requests fit that need.
If things go well and demand is there, in a few weeks I may be able to present an option that puts the ball back in the fans' court (in "tennis" terms, not "of law" terms). I want to stress the word "may" so as to not misrepresent the situation or promise anything. We are trying. Again, timing and pricing would be at a disadvantage to the digital option as an assumption you should make. (Source

Again, as Svensson said, this is only a POSSIBILITY. However, this doesn't mean we shouldn't try and voice that we want a physical release. Why is this important? Digital release may mean that fewer people will buy the game, causing Capcom to believe that it simply isn't worth distributing overseas anymore, and may mean we won't see any more Ace Attorney in the West
In the description of the video, there are a number of ways that we can make our voices heard, broken down into first and second priorities, with links to everything you need:
First priorities (as listed by Svensson)
Quote:
1. If you haven't already, register for the official CAPCOM forums at
http://www.capcom-unity.com/signup/signup.one2. Post a comment on this thread, showing your support for the physical
release of AA5, with Multi-5 translation (French, Spanish, Italian etc.)
in Europe. Also show your support for the localization of Ace Attorney
Investigations 2! Remember to be polite!

things! You can access his profile here, the PM-button is on the top
right corner:
http://www.capcom-unity.com/sven4. If you don't have a Twitter account, register at
https://twitter.com/signupThen send Sven the request for AA5 and AAI2 again on his Twitter
(
https://twitter.com/chrissvensson or @chrissvensson) with the hashtags
#PhoenixWright5LetsGetPhysical
and
#AceAttorneyMulti5
You can also comment on Capcom's page
https://twitter.com/Capcom_Unity5. Finally, but still crucially importantly: Spread the word! We need as much support as we can!
Second Priorities:

Forum member Retroactive from Capcom-Unity suggested other quick ways of
showing support - taking part in them won't take much more time.
1. There is a "Feedback" button at the right-hand side of the Capcom-Unity forum view. Use it to suggest the idea of a AA5 physical release (in Multi-5) and the localization
of AAI2!
2. Not really related to AA5, but there is a really short questionnaire about AAI2, which is found on the first page of this topic. Fill it.
http://www.capcom-unity.com/ace_attorney/go/thread/view/7431/28887049/why-arent-you-localizing-ace-attorney-investigations-2-v3?pg=13. If you have Facebook, comment on Capcom and Ace Attorney's official
Facebook pages suggesting, again, a physical release of Dual Destinies
(in Multi-5) and the localization of AAI2.
Capcom's FB:
https://www.facebook.com/capcomunity?fref=tsAce Attorney's FB:
https://www.facebook.com/aceattorney?fref=ts4. Comment on Capcom and Ace Attorney's offical YouTube pages,
specifically the Dual Destinies trailers, saying you support a physical
release of Dual Destinies (and AAI2!)
AA5 official trailer:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_cBUlKndLWo5. Again, spread the word. Either it be on the Unity, YouTube, other
game forums, Count-Records, or anything. Spread the word.
If you want to help even more, you could...
1. Make videos on YouTube expressing the desire for Dual Destinies to
receive a physical release.
2. If you're going to Comic-Con (July 18-21 in San Diego), stop by
Capcom's booth and casually mention the desire for a physical release
(and AAI2!).
I don't know about you guys, but I'm definitely going to be doing as much as I can!
