I know. I just made the Phoenix/Maya one for fun. I don't think it should be used for an official smiley XD; I'm thinking of making other pairings for fun as well...

Yes I've noticed that as well. I used Jasc Paint Shop Pro to create the smiles and use Jasc Animation Shop to animate them. However, everytime I save them as a gif. then get optimized and even if there are very very light excess pixels, they turn into some kind of border. I've tried to fix this but nothing works :/
