But still... I'm a bit disappointed by this special edition... I was hoping there would be more interesting stuff in it... if only they had included the soundtrack inside, that would have been (almost) perfect ^^ (no easy joke here, ok :p)
I'm still interested by the 'mini-album' of orchestra music ^^
Well, if this comes out on Play-Asia (which is perfectly possible, I found the e-Capcom collector edition of Resident Evil 5 there... so why not GK collector edition too ?! ^^), I think I won't be able to resist much longer... xD
Oh, and I want to buy an US DS-i too, my old DS (1st one) longs for her retirement ^^
But, I'll have to make choices...

I think only DSi specific functions are region locked, like DSiWare. I think that playing regular DS games is not region locked.

I'm just looking to change my good-old DS with a brand-new one ^^
And the DS-i will cost much less in the USA... well, it's exactly the same amount, 169.99$ in the US, and 169.99€ in Europe. But well, 169.99$ actually makes 134€ !... That's also why I want a US one, and also because I'm planning to go to the US very soon (well, something around late-May, early-June, so I thought I could buy one there :p)
And people who bought a Japanese Wii and are using it in France told me they can access the Japanese channels, but not the French one (which is logical, since it's a Japanese one ^^)
So I guess with an american DS-i, one has access to the US DS-i Ware... but as I just said, I don't really care about that ^^

But I don't play too often, and I always try to buy the US version of games (which comes out generally weeks, even months before), so that wouldn't be too much of a problem...
But I've not decided anything yet, I'm not sure whether I'll buy this new DS-i.
However, I'll check the UK version, since the only I want my DS-i to do is 'speak' English xD

Have you seen how fast the limited edition withthe Steel Samourai phone strap outsold on e-capcom? About 48 hours I think. That version is still advertised, but out of stock. The LE without strap is sold there instead.
But have you seen how quickly after that they put on sale a limited run of the regular edition with that same phone strap ? And still running, by the way. Of course it's an exclusive strap.
To me it's clearly a scheme to have some fans buy the limited plus the regular version. Oh plus the DSi version of course. It's outrageous, is that classic Capcom practices? They sure would be dumb not to realize they have a nice flock of cashcows ready with us all, but still

And you're right, the case is perfect for holding AA games in it. XD I like how in that picture, it also has the GS Encyclopedia thing in it too. XD
