If you feel you didn't get enough with yesterday's news, including the one that said that Ace Attorney Investigations would be released this winter in the US and in Europe, then maybe you're highly likely to love hearing that the game is already avaiable for pre-order on the wonderful website Play-Asia is.
According to them, the game would be released on Q4 2009. But what's really interesting is the price of the game... 29.90$, almost half cheaper than the Japanese version ! (who costs 54.90$ on the same website, it may be cheaper elsewhere, I didn't check)

Of course, only people who don't live in the US are likely to be interested by this news
The only thing I can say is that they sure were quick with this one. I'm also amazed by the discrepancy between the price of the Japanese version and that of the US one.

Just a theory, but couldn't the half price be because this is a non-special edition version of the game? Anyways, I'd hold out on preordering from play Asia, for the last 4 games Gamestop and Capcom.com have had preorder items to go with the game, and I doubt play asia is going to come with it.

And as I said, Play-Asia is only interesting for people living outside the US. Because Capcom.com doesn't seem to ship outside the US (the European website doesn't have any store whatsoever, and even if they had, they would undoubltly sell only the European versions of their games...), and from what I've understood, Gamestop does, but it's really expensive... (but maybe I'm wrong, I'm not sure).

Of course, that will probably mean no goodies offered when pre-ordering the game, but that's still better than nothing

I don't know if this had been noted before but Play-Asia also lists some ENGLISH screenshots of the game. :D

It can be seen in the screenshots that the first case is called "Turnabout Visitor".




Sorry if those screenshots can be seen somewhere else in the Internet. I couldn't find them on Court-Records.
