Do you mean the animated segment with the telephone call? I will have to tune in.
I used to have Sam Waterston as my avatar but photobucket added a watermark and also Law & Order has been cancelled for 10 years so it's time for me to move on.

Did anyone record the VS Layton live-feed???
Also, is there anyway we could have a consolidated thread that features links to all the footage? I'm getting very confused as to where everything is.

I did get to see that part from the live feed when they said that no photos or video recording allowed.
You're right, I'm planning to buy a 3DS if either PLvsAA or Ace Attorney 5 will be releasing them in North America, since I'm from the Philippines, that depends on distributing them here in my country. Did you happen to see the animated scenes from the TGS Capcom Event from Ace Attorney 5?
Is it the same as the one from hoso_boso's reports?

Of course, this could be a different case's investigation prettied up to look like case 1 for the sake of TGS. But on reflection, this is the AAI team, and both AAI games had significant investigation parts in their first case in addition to the argument parts. It's not too surprising they'd go for a similar idea here. Only question is where and when.

Okay. I already divided it into .m4v files, but I'll split it that way as well. I can't use the proper HJsplit, but I downloaded the "Split and Concat" that they suggested for Mac users. I'm currently uploading the split files to 4 shared and I'll send the links to Bolt Storm. (I'm not supposed to be able to view them while their split, am I? Because I can't).

Correct. When Bolt Storm downloads the files, he'll use HJSplit to reassemble them back to the original file, which is playable.

True point, and as said, They went far enough to not let Case 1 be so simple. Was the whole court-house exploded or just one specific room, especially with them holding a trial right after, if so, its not really FAR to investigate, it might be THAT persons office which lies in the court-room.

The room where the investigation segment was seemed to be in the courthouse. It was either a really classy courtroom lobby or (more likely) an office. Im thinking it was the judge's chambers.
Im not sure which case it is or why that guy is behind the door (especially because a bomb is planted under the table!) but i will say it would he awesome if they made the first case a full length case. If you think about it, investigating in the courtroom is a great way to introduce the investigation tutorial without it feeling like overload.
I was disappointed that they didnt show the animated clip. At one point they cut the feed and when they came back they were in the middle of talking about Bones so they must have not wanted to show it yet.
They did confirm that its coming out in 2013 though (I think...cant read Japanese.)
