Not really GS news, but slightly related, so worth mentioning: Today it was announced that TV Tokyo will show a TV drama based on Awasaka Tsumao's famous A Aiichirou series this fall.

Takumi Shuu is known to have mentioned Awasaka Tsumao as one of the major influences on him as a detective writer. The A Aiichirou series in particular has been referenced several times in the series. DL-6 for example is a reference to The Flight DL2 Incident, Awasaka's debut story and the first A Aiichirou story, while in GS1-5, a label with AI-16 is mentioned (which can be read as Ai-ichiro). Furthermore, Awasaka was an ex-magician, so that might have been the inspiration for Max and those GS4 characters.

The series itself is about a handsome cameraman (A Aiichirou) who really just happens to solve some really strange incidents he keeps coming across. (I loved the first short story collection, so definitely going to watch this)
