I don't know how you can judge this, based on the fact that we have only heard his "shouts" so far, and nothing else. Also, UMVC3 was many years ago, and a bit has probably changed. Don't put the guy down for being different, also, i don't think Judd would be too good with the longer lines in the cutscenes. (And also considering he no longer works for Capcom and such...)
Edit: Sorry, i forgot to say, he was just a guest on this weeks mightycast, and he isn't doing anything regarding voice casting on the project.
