There's no need for such a thing. Post intelligently, don't spam, use a hint of proper grammar, and you'll fit right in.

If you're "not ready" to join the rest of the forum, you really didn't have a reason to sign up the first place. If you can't follow the rules and/or get along with the other members, making a newbie-centric board isn't going to help.
