(Ok, I'm just teasing you :p)We probably won't get wind of GS5 before next E3 (or TGS), and it's very unlikely it will be released in 2010, even in Japan.
As or Phoenix making a cameo in Ghost Trick... I don't see why a cameo in a completely different game should fit in the storyline of a game that has nothing to do with GS?
Edit: according to Play-Asia, the game is to be released in September 2010 in the US.
