It's gonna be a long wait
Another thing, the reveal was incredibly vague and focused specifically on the water mirror gimmick and no other witnesses.
I'm hoping the team pulls an AAI2 and makes the villain unanimous until the very end like AAI2, especially with DD meaning to bring new people to the series, they can do whatever they want with AA6, just like the upgrade from AAI to AAI2

Heh, sorry.
That wouldn't even make sense. Then he should've said "The big bad was unanimously amazing" not just "The big bad was unanimous (until the very end)". That's why I think he meant "anonymous", because then it would make sense (albeit, worded strangely).

Not to mention, it's not like AA games have never done it that a Big Bad was unknown until their revelation before. Karma only appears in one case, and he's treated as the thread that moved everything having to do with Edgeworth's big life event prior. (I won't count Gant, because that case really was self-contained)
JFA didn't really have a Big Bad, though it set up for T&T and even that one could say, was the big bad Morgan or Dahlia?

I know they dropped most of the AJ threads, but DD was the same team so it seems like they might follow up. Honestly, I dont remember enough to know if they were really loose ends that needed explaining or not, though.

And I wasn't talking about "The big bad" I meant the villain of case 1, AAI2 handled it fantastically and not obviously showing it to you until the end when you solve the case. So far in case 1 we haven't had anybody else besides Wright, Tour Boy, Gaspen and the new spirit medium
