It's okay to say who we voted for now, right? I only voted for Sprites and Fanart.
For Sprites, I chose Harley. She has a unique look and an interesting story. For Fanart, I chose Flonnie. He's so precious-yet-gloomy, and he also had an interesting story. I really hope the creators of these two characters plan to give these characters some type of written story or comic or something, because I want to know more.D :

That has been meantioned before, and I happen to be a HUGE Maes Hughes fan, but Zeth's design was heavily based upon his Father's colourings

I wasn't sure how to translate the style of hair, but the big skunk stripe down the middle was mostly cause of how Damon Gant's hair looked. I then changed his colour scheme to a more 'heroic' one than Gants (you just know he's a villain cause he wears secondary colours ^^ ) In any case, if you want to see more of him, I have a teaser comic here, which is for this fanfic- Turnabout Attorney

Our top three winners (those that took first place) cannot enter again next year, in any category. Sorry, but it's just to be fair. Our winners from last year and the year before will be able to enter next year if they want.
You cannot enter the same character twice, regardless of whether you won something, even in a new category. If we do the Sprite Cup again, you cannot enter your OC character into it, or use your Sprite Cup entry in the OC Contest. We want people to come up with new stuff every year!
OC Contest '10 will start in March of next year. The rules will be the same, except we may put a word count cap on fanfiction next year (or at least ask the authors to submit only a portion of their work, with a link to the full piece, something like that). Also, I'm thinking that next year I'm not going to allow people to send in additions and revisions after entering, like I did this year. It's confusing to try and forward it to my judges and sometimes one or two pieces get lost in the shuffle.
I'll be looking forward to seeing a new set of entries next year :D
