I really hope this is addressed.
Could be an interesting plot element... this game's "Maya in trouble" scenario, maybe. But I don't see how they could pull that one without it driving the game's plot, which we all know since the first trailer is driven by Phoenix defending Witch Girl (Mahoney) from accusations of witchcraft, and Layton accusing her, then teaming up with Phoenix to defend Mahoney, Luke and Maya doing reaserch on their own to help the dynamic duo and being both super cute when together (I cannot wait for this by the way), and we now know there's a rival the duo's facing, Knight Prosecutor Guy (Jiiken).
