Doctor Strange and Nemesis were announced a month ago. Iron Fist and Vergil this month. With October and November to come before the release, I imagine Nova/Frank West and Phoenix Wright/Rocket Raccoon to fill in those two months. Although we could be in for a treat at a big event like this and have four characters revealed at TGS, with October having the last two and November just having the game released.

Not to mention that with the movie coming and all the Layton vs. Attorney news, TGS seems like the ideal place for an announcement.
I can 100% guarantee we'll get one more set of character reveals this weekend, and the likelihood of Wright (and probably Rocket Raccoon) being one of them is extremely high. After that, we'll almost certainly get the last two (Nova and Frank, I'd assume) at New York Comic Con next month.
