Note that Crunchyroll and Funimation aren't the only sites to provide legal streams of anime abroad. Daisuki.net and viewster.com, among others, also provide these services, so one should also check their simulcast licenses the following couple of days (though the easiest would be to check something like ANN, which aggegrates the announcements of the various services).
Also note that availability differs per region. Funimation is pretty much useless for Europeans as a legal source, for example (you could bypass it, I guess, but again, you'd be going into at least fairly dark-grey legal areas).
