Assuming Nintendo hasn't pulled a fast one on us again, Apollo Justice should now be purchasable in Europe! Which means more updating for CR - keep an eye out for incomming European names and graphics.

Unfortunately, there's some depressing news as well: Trials and Tribulations has been removed from Nintendo UK's site, and the Sweedish site is reporting that Nintendo has no plans to release it at all in Sweeden. After the delays, it's looking more and more likely that T&T won't see a European release at all. The time has come to resort to importing, I'm afraid.

In the meantime, enjoy CR's latest Pop Culture theme!

And for the record folks, if you don't happen to like the theme you can always switch back in your profiles. "SubSilver" was the old theme.

Also, I'm a bit curious if anyone can name 'all' the references in the new theme.

Woot! You europeans can now taste Justice! Err... that came out wrong...

Lovely skin and banner, by the way.

SubSilver theme lacks all the new bells and whistles, unfortunately. :sadshoe: Will we have an update for the older, non-aggravating style(s)?

Chill theme.

Someone in Europe should get to finding all of the European version names ASAP.

I see that as very unlikely. The new theme is very clean and I've been able to fix a lot of the mistakes that I made on the old theme. (For instance no Floating Edit/PM bar bug). Plus this has some features that would be more trouble then it's worth to port, like the Cookie based Board Collapsing.

So if you're content to go back to the old board, that's fine, just don't expect any developments or support. It'll remain as is.

Cross-post.

If it's remaining as is, I'm chuckin' back to SubSilver.

If this is beauty, I'm gay for Will Powers. Hold on, that made no sense.

After comparing the new layout with the older ones, I've found that I probably won't need the new buttons and gizmos anyway. :gregory:

Second. The color is improvable(especially the yellow letters on dark blue background, it kindda hurts) , but the layout is just amazing. :edgy:

This is an entirely new level of FAIL. Why would they skip a game in the series?

Hmph. That aside, congratulations on obtaining Justice, Europe!

It took me a little bit to get used to the new colors too, to be honest, but I'm used to light text on dark backgrounds so it wasn't thaaaaat long. Wooster and I tweaked them a lot. In the end we decided the blue was kinda like Phoenix, and the red like Edgeworth... working in primary color harmony~~

Or something like that.

I think I'm starting to get it now.
And it kinda does grow on you.

MSOB, is your computer's color settings OK? Because it doesn't cut me...

Edit: Is that a reference to the time Gumshoe used a different spelling for "colour" in the normal reply color area? XD

Phoenix = EXCUSE ME PRINCESS-Link
Olga = O rly, with the Ya rly in the soup.
Not sure about Oldbag.
UNDER 9000 = OVER 9000
Ema = Black Knight, Monty Python
Lisa = STOP RIGHT THERE, CRIMINAL SCUM!
And the stepladder.

Oldbag = The Wizard of Oz: The Wicked Witch of the West.

Who knows but it's been reported in a couple of places for quite a while that they've been led to believe by Capcom that T&T defo won't be out in Europe for whatever reason. So just get importing it anyhows!

As for the new layout, not overly enthused by the colour "clashing" either...

Actually, it only mentions that Trials and Tribulations isn't released in Sweden for those wondering. It's not indicating that it won't be released (and the Swedish Nintendo generally don't have any idea).

Now I'll just have to find Apollo Justice in a store (probably won't happen).

I'm liking this new theme.

Not to happy with Nintendo at the moment. They don't seem to like us Europens when it comes to releases. :sadshoe:

Looks like I'll just have to buy T&Twhen I'm in America next month. :yogi:

Oh well, until that time comes I'll just pre-occupy myself with Justice. (Will be hopefully trying to buy it later today, if not tomorrow.)

I think the new layout is a pretty cool guy; eh kills aleins and DOESN'T AFRAID OF ANYTHING! The only thing I would change is I would make the envelope
Image
as the "New Posts" icon and the generic paper
Image
as the "Read Topic" icon. I just think the envelope would fit better as "Unread".

Eventhough Capcom Europe's release list isn't always up to date, it still has T&T on it. As long as it's there, I wouldn't jump to conclusions. And besides, they just released Apollo, there's no way that they're gonna start marketing for the third game already.

When I went to gamestop this morning I was 99% sure not to find AJ.
But I did.
Although they only had one copy of it, and the guy who works there had to look a really long time for it, and he knew someone else who really wants the game too. But I got it!

Btw, I like the new look. It's a bit confusing, but nice.
And I really like Phoenix-Link! ^^
