Probably not, Hotel Dusk seems like a single game.

Yea i agree, i was really hoping you got to see Bradley.

I was thinking he was a hotel guest in disguise or something or he barges in one day and you meet him.

I think if they're making a TR sequel, then a Hotel Dusk sequel is possible. I would more than love to play one, though it was also very beautiful how they left so many things unanswered.

But what the hell is left unanswered at the end?

What, you want Alan to be found, Kevin and Grace to get back together, Jeff to confront his father, Nile to get defeated, and Kyle to find Bradley?

Despite us wanting to see those happen, if they WERE to happen in a game, it would ultimately come off as unfulfilling. What, like real life has all the loose ends tied?

Everything was pretty much explained: Bradley was not coming back, Summers was becoming a not-scumbag, and Iris was to look for Grace. What more could you want?

Louie is awesome. I remember reading that interview, they said something like "I think Hyde may be looking forward to seeing you again" or something. Of course, now Cing is working on trace memory 2 and lil kings story, but maybe after that...? If they do make one I hope they add a little more cinematic flair next time, more cutscenes like the shooting @ the start of the first one.

I really wanted to find out what happened to all the missing people, and see Bradley.
But I'm also fine with how they left it, it was satisfying somehow.
And yes MUST be on DS.

Doesn't have to be a direct sequel... Maybe if it was let in the 2000's or something, that'd be interesting.

That's admitting that there are all those unanswered questions. I agree that tying up all those loose ends would've been a mistake, but they're still there.

Hotel Dusk was amazing as a single game. I don't think that a direct sequel would be that great (is Kyle going to be one of those detectives where every single place they go some crazy mystery pops up?) but if CiNG was brilliant enough to come up with Hotel Dusk, I'm sure they can come up with an awesome sequel.

Maybe another spiritual successor? Hotel Dusk was not a direct sequel to Another Code, after all.

But if they had to make another Hotel Dusk game, it better be a prequel.

I tried to ponder on what could happen had there been a continuation, I wish I still had the link to that awesome fanfic that I thought did a really good job figuring out what might happen next....

I don't know if this story could have a happy ending. Kyle might be able to find Bradley, I could imagine Mila being found out and taken by Nile to hold against Kyle, especially if they found out about Bradley. Kyle is currently NOT tied into any of Niles dealings, so in the continuation he would have to poke into something major in order to be discovered and lead up to a confortation with Nile. Bradley would probably die in the conflict somehow or sometime to protect Kyle and/or Mila. Afterwards, Mila might decide to assimilate into normal society and do.. something (would depend on what was going on/how much time passed) and Kyle might begrudgingly trudge back to his normal life (probably to Rachel :D) and maybeee be encouraged and/or inspired by Ed/this crazy situation to become a detective once more.

I had a not so cheesy idea but it came from my original story ponderings so it's not canon at all XD But it covered alot of the stuff above.

Now..I think thats a good idea.. and with all the stuff leading up to Hotel Dusk..

I dont think another game in hotel dusk would work. I was pretty tired of the hotel in the end after all door knocking. But a game with Kyle Hyde would be awesome. What do you say about that Kyle finds Bradley and together they take down nile in a really awesome fps. Kyle with guns blaxing would be awesome.

Hotel Dusk's defining feature IMO was where the game took place and another mystery taking place in the same building would be pushing it.
