I think that the next Prosecutor will be Winston Payne's son, Brian Payne. He will be ashamed of his father and his inability to win a case, and for that is determined to win every case. he has an attitude like Manfred von Karma's, and will do anything possible to win the case, fair or not. His voice will still be shrill, but he doesn't resemble his father in any way. He's 19 years old, and has a green mohawk, and evil looking eyes.

My intuition tells me the new prosecutor will be Manfred von Karma's granddaughter, who I believe would be about 15 at this point. She has blonde hair and blue eyes and she dresses in gothic lolita style clothing. She is very skilled, but shy and easily flustered. Her mother tried to keep her from becoming a perfection obsessed prosecutor, but prosecuting is in her blood and nothing could stop her. Because of her cute looks and demeanor, people often let her get away with bending the rules. She has a secret crush on Apollo.

The new prosecutor will be real classical style guy.
Wears brown, black, grey types of clothing. Dressed like a
gentleman, and talks as so. Has grey hair, and knows
the judge personally. He remains very calm and collected
in court, no matter what happens. He doesn't care about
either the truth or winning, and claims it's best
to just do your job unbiased. Is actually quite friendly with
Apollo, but he still acts like Apollo is some youngster
upstart. His theme is classical music. Not all that old, but
reasonably aged. (50?) He also speaks complicated
language, but not with any posh accent or anything.
He's native. He also has a daughter that will appear
in game. Is totally not a von Karma rip-off. xD

The next prosecutor will be male and an evil scientist. He will be bald, except for a large orange mustache. His eyes will have red pupils and where the white should be, there's black. He will have a pink nose. He will wear grey gloves, and a red, yellow and black outfit. Instead of shouting "OBJECTION!", he will shout "PINGAS!" He has a lot of robots and not very many teeth. I think the "new" prosecutor will be Lana Skye. In court, she be all serious, yet out of court, she be more relaxed and friendly. Although, unlike a certain someone ~~*coughKlaviercough*~~ she'll understand that the prosectution does not help the defense. PERIOD.

She will have basic, brown hair She doesn't wear all too classy clothes, as she says the judge that "Clothes don't matter. What matters is finding the truth." She has small, square glasses.
Because she has bad eyesight (Hence, the glasses.) She has a dog that she brings with her on investigations. This dog finds any evidence, but can be sidetracked with food.

I'm sure that it'll be a woman this time around. The only female we had was Franzy so we should get another girl. She'll bring something to the courtroom (like how previously we had a whip and a coffee mug). She'll be a lot tougher than Klavier. That's about all I got :phoenix:

If the developers will continue the trend, our next prosecutor will be a 29-44 year old female somehow connected to Klavier/Apollo (most likely Apollo - former girlfriend seems a bit too cliche but it might work) in a bad way. She won't care for justice, she doesn't care about the truth, all she wants is the money, and her attire will reflect this with expensive clothing. Once a defendant is found guilty, she gets her money and she's happy. She's not shy of forging evidence, and she's good at it. Her personality is controlling and ruthless; she'll want the entire courtroom to believe what she believes. And she's good at it; she'll be an excellent public speaker. Her track record will be quite good for her, but not perfect a la von Karma. She detests the Jury System because it makes her job harder, having to convince twelve people the defendant is guilty. If she has an item on her, it'll be a pen. She will have very little connection to Wright (that's getting old, FAST) other than hearing about him. Her nationality may be Italian. She's quite superstitious, and is often critical towards Trucy's magic. She uses the police force like a tool, and will even turn them against each other if it helps her case. She might be related to the Key Girl from GK.
At the end, she'll try to pin a murder on Apollo/Klavier, which eventually puts him as a defendant (meaning Apollo is the defense). This gives her two motives to finish the case, she'll get money and get revenge against Apollo/Klavier for whatever. But Apollo manages to solve the case and figure out what the prosecutor's been doing (forging evidence). Realising it's all over, she commits suicide before she is arrested.

A bit dark, but that's how I'd like to see the next prosecutor.

Or it'll be a completely new character, a kid (male/female doesn't matter) who got their badge in none other than... BRITAIN. Seeing as we've had American/Japanese & German prosecutors why not a british one? Also the reason for being a kid is because, well, If anyone can remember Franziska got her license at 13 right, so why not have one around that age. His/her actual dream would be to become a defense attorney (due to watching Phoenix during the Edgeworth vs the state trial in PW:AA), but the only law training with any available spaces was prosecuting, so he/she's just waiting on being able to transfer later in the game (Godot did it to become a prosecutor so why not the other way around).

I see...

A woman. ~~(original,right?)~~ Apollo has never met her before. She is attracted to Apollo, but Apollo is weirded out by her friendliness and the fact that he picks up CRAZY VIBES from her. Klavier does not like her. She has a completely different personality in court than outside outside of court. She has an unnatural hair color (pink, blue, etc.). Her clothing is anything but modest. She has pierced ears. Her theme will be energetic and jazzy. She knows a character from the Phoenix Wright plot arc, but she has never heard of Phoenix Wright himself. She also knows Kristoph Gavin. She giggles a lot. She will make references to Apollo's hair, as well as his bracelet. She couldn't care less about Klavier's existence. A crime has affected her past. She is between the ages of 18 and 25. She likes to flutter her eyelashes. She has painted fingernails. She has blue eyes. The name she introduces herself to Apollo as will not be her real name. In at least one case, she will cry.

And last, but not least...

She thinks Apollo is psychic.

I think the new Prosecutor choice will mirror that of Justice for All.

The new prosecutor will be female ranging from the age of 18-24. Her relationship with Klavier will be that of a leader of a rival band. The Gavinners was an all male band and hers will be an female band. She will be the front person of her band, but instead of playing guitar she will play the drums. In situations where Klavier would have played the air guitar, she plays the air drums (always ending with a cymbal crash).

She will see Apollo as joke who relies on his dumbluck rather than any actually skills as an attorney. She much harsher and less helpful to Apollo than Klavier is, trying to teach Apollo to stand on his own rather than rely on help from others.

Her hate for Klavier will rival that of Ema Skye. She will see him as someone who always beats her (he has the number one hit single, hers only goes to number 2). Even though she and Ema share a mutual hate for Klavier, the women won't get alone either. The new prosecutor will treat Ema as her errand girl and has little repect for the detective.

Her color palate will be in the blue family. She won't be as vivid as Phoenix or as pale as Franzika in this respect, but a happy medium between the two. Her hair will be in an anime style buns (think Chibi-usa from Sailormoon or Rock Band), with bangs and it will be two toned in color. Her bangs and most of her hair will be black, but the rest will be a color that compliments her clothing.

The prosecutor HAS, i repeat, HAS to be Edgeworth (even though i totally reckon Godot should be the 1 cause he totally owns all) a new prosecutor would b ok but i want to stick with the good classics. and phoenix should be the 1 to defend considering i didn't really like Apollo very much compared 2 Nick :phoenix:

Here goes nothing...

The next prosecutor will be female and either be the same age or younger than Apollo. She will have natural-colored hair of a dark shade and dress in fairly fancy clothes. She will be very cunning, and even though the Judge will not like her she will be clever enough to manipulate the evidence/testimony to her advantage. The first time Apollo meets her will be in the courtroom, and although he will greet her, the first statement she makes to him regards his abnormal hair looking and/or the weird outfit of his partner.

I think the new prosecutor will probably be a more silent and sneaky prosecutor rather than a loud in-your-face one like the last 3 games had. Someone only assertive and aggressive when absolutely neccisary. A male aged 28-33 who hasn't appeared in any of the other games although might have been friends with a main character during the 7 year gap. Someone who instead of outright refuting Apollo's theories he'll spin them around and use them against him.

The new Prosecutor will be:

At least five years older than Apollo
Will know Apollo from a shared past and will be friendly with him; he in turn believes he can trust her and considers her a 'safe haven' in the midst of crazy hoboes and wacked out witnesses
She has a connection to the occult, has a bracelet/magatama like device of her own that throws Apollo's off
She is the criminal behind one of the cases; Apollo will stick up for her at one point and regret it later

I'd like to see Marvin Grossberg, Ace (Prosecuting) Attorney XD but...
I think the new prosecutor will be:
Male
20's
black hair
moustache >:)
have some nickname for Apollo (Not say "Apollo" or "Justice")
have a hat of some kind on usually
have something he usually adds to what he says like Gumshoe's "pal"
care about the truth; not just a "Guilty" verdict
have connections with Phoenix (what if the connections are described in the next game? does it count against me if I'm wrong at the time the contest ends?)
have trouble getting witnesses to say their names like Edgeworth does :D
Not be guilty in ANY of the cases in GS5
Get a "Guilty" verdict on one of the cases when the person is innocent
is an artist (keep in mind music is a form of art)
will be met outside of court by Apollo
Will eat/drink in court (like Godot drinks coffee, in 1-5, judge ate Lunchland's caviar, etc.)

Hmm, this looks like a laugh. Lets have a go...

The new prosecutor will be female, to keep the same system as phoenix's era
She will have black hair, to contrast Klavier's blonde hair.
She will be relatively young (about 23) new at her job, to contrast Klavier again.
She will give a mention to one of the mentions to one of the first 3 games prosecutors (probally edgeworth) as a mentor or a freind (maybe evan family. Godot's sister!!!)
She will believe that a good attorney has a perfect win record (like franziska)
She will hate phoenix, and will feel the same for Apollo but by the end she may grow to like him.
She will like Trucy because most people do!
She will probally know about Kristoph and his situation
She will probally have a do or die aproach to prosecuting.
She will probally be very arogent.
She and Ema will probally have a good relationship (or at least better then Klavier and Ema...)
Maybe know who Apollo's father is.

The prosecutor will have some kind of tie to Apollo, a part of his foster family perhaps...about the same age as him, and will help him out with his character development issues. They are on good terms. I'm picturing a guy (they're just about due for another female, but I'm going with male for the contest) and he is like super nice and cheerful and stuff. He'll probably have black hair, short and feathery rather than spikey. He will think of himself as an artist, whether or not he is a good one.

Appearance: Purple suit like Kristoph's, brown spiky hair from all sides, no facial hair, sad atmosphere, purple shades, black cravat and a red jewel encrusted to the cravat like Manfred's.
Bio: His decision to become a prosecutor originated from the fateful day that Apollo Justice was the only one that could defend him in his teenage years but did nothing but stare cowardly. After this, he was humiliated by the entire school leaving a mark in him as a looser. He decided to become a top-notch prosecutor just to humiliate Apollo in court. In the process, he murdered someone, blamed the crime on someone and requested Apollo as the defense attorney just to humiliate him while making him present forged evidence.

The prosecutor is male, and I'm guessing he'll be around 25-39 years old. He wears a formal (fitted) black/gray suit and has a no-nonsense manner. He speaks very formally with people and has lousy/non-existent social skills. He was born in England and has clean cut, brown hair. He does not believing in trusting people and thus has less of a working relationship with the police department than previous prosecutors. He was well brought up, but home-tutored. His parents worked as doctors or psychologists. He is not cold and calculating like AA's Edgeworth, but simply distanced and impersonal. He plays the violin and the flute, and detests everything but classical music.
....I doubt they would actually make someone like this though :payne:

I'll be walking on thin ice here...

The prosecutor will wear a purple suit with a cravat in his neck. His hair looks like the same as Edgeworths. His trademark is shouting "GRAAAAAH!" instead of "Objection!" and he has a short temper. He also speaks with a Brooklyn (or some other) accent. His skin color is red and his name is Miles Edgeworth... I mean, Furio Tigre. He's not really even a prosecutor, but a fake one trying to get his revenge on Apollo's mentor, Phoenix Wright. He's also about 49-51 years old, depending on when the game sets place.
