The Prosecutor in the next game will be a 22 year old female that goes by the name of Alotta Tenile. She was part of the Gavineers band for two years as a drummer/keyboardist until the breakup. She works as a police officer in the day to keep up with the other members day jobs. Angry from the sudden disband, she blames Apollo for the breakup, and tries to become a prosecutor to seek revenge. She naturally succeeds in the job due to living in Germany (or the US in Japan) most of her life. She has pale skin, short black hair, and wears a dark green suit with a black blouse underneath. She usually does a musical riff like Klavier, but with drums and keyboards used alternately instead. During her penultimate trial against Apollo, it's revealed that she doesn't know who her true father is and that she has a half brother named Livner, who is currently studying in Egypt. During her last ingame trial with Apollo, she reveals that her mother is the victim and will blame the suspect, Winston Payne, in any way possible, going as so far as forging evidence. However, Apollo reveals Alotta's birth certificate, reveal Alotta's full name, Lauren Alotta Payne. Apollo also gives a will from her mother, revealed as Reegrit N Denial, stating the she had a one night affair with Payne during a trial in Germany (or US). After that scene, Lauren turns a complete 180 and helps Apollo to prove her father innocent. At the end of the game, she respects Apollo as an opponent and a friend.

The Next Prosecutor will be slightly older than Apollo, someone who had to work extremely hard through both college and law school, but they were not without passion and talent.

This person Harbors a deep hatred for criminals and those who cheat. This is due to HER having lost her parents as a young child, and being raised by a rich aunt and uncle. However, these new parents had no need for a second child, as their first was in his 30's. Merely wanting to relax in their retirement, they denied her any of the advantages that would come with being raised rich, leading her to despise those who had "Advantages" in life. Going to college, she never looked back.

However, it was not until law school, in a mock trial, that she was noticed by a particular Legendary Prosecutor by the name of miles edgeworth who was a visiting speaker at the university at the time. There, the young girl displayed Pierecing logical ability, but the defense was somehow gaining the edge in the trial a bit too easily. Finding her struggling, Edgeworth noticed something strange about a statement the defense had made about one of the "witnesses". As the trial was about to end in favor of the defense, a resounding "OBJECTION!" rang from the audience, as Mr. Edgeworth quietly stepped over to the Prosecutor's bench. The Young Lady immedaitely recognized the Prosecutor, and almost died of embarassment. Had he come to mock the pitiful job she was doing? Instead, however, he whispered a few words into her ear, and a bright light when off in her head.

In a fury of legal terms and logic even the judge could barely keep up with, the Prosecutor quickly proved that the Defense has in fact known details about the "case" he could in no way have knwon unless he had cheated by looking at the files beforehand.

The Professors quickly stopped the trial, and the "defense" would face harsh penalties to his grade.

The prosecution was also affected by the trial, as she could barely contain her anger and fury, her face turning bright red and screaming at the opposing lawyer, having to be held back by edgeworth.

After the situation calmed down, Edgeworth called to speak to her in private. There, he spoke words that would be etched into her soul. " Miss, I know this may seem awkward, but when I saw you in court today, you reminded me of something truly important. There are many roads to the truth, but not all of them are right. The trial today was a mock one, to be sure, but in my career I have seen people twist the court to suit their own whims just like that young fellow did today, perhaps to get someone convicted of a lesser crime to absolve them of a greater one."

"Mr. Edgeworth, I...I.."

"Bringing me to my point, Miss. The path you look in your Prosecution was admirable, one of the best I've seen for your age and even some older. Even with his unfair advantage, he had a difficult time even reaching a point to use it because of your passion in seeking the truth."

"T..thank you sir...I.."

"But, as you may notice, you were still about to lose. The truth of the case would have been lost forever. It is not enough to see the truth. One must see the truth beyond the truth, and be able to prove it. Few people can."

"I`m sorry sir, I did my best.."

"It is for this reason, that I would ask you if you would do me the honor of being my apprentice. That is, if you haven`t already picked one out."


It took all of her strength to not faint, but the young Lady graciously accepted, holding back tears of joy.

Fast forward to the present day, where the young woman has become an adimrable prosecutor, finding the truth behind the truth in many cases that lesser prosecutors would have overlooked. Still studying under Mr. Edgeworth, a particualr string of cases fascinated her. Those by a defense Attorney named Apollo Justice. In looking at the court records, something seemed...off. Somehow, he was able to read witnesses in impossible ways to make them spout contradictions! Looking over the verdicts, the correct person was indeed punished each time, but Mr. Edgeworth's words rang in her ear.

"Seek the truth behind the truth."

Remembering the mock trial that changed her life, she asked Mr. Edgworth if she could prosecute in that country. Shockingly, he agreed quite readily as there was an old frined he had not seen in a while.

To the young woman, however, her mission was only beginning.

"You better watch out, Mr. 'Justice'. I`ll find the Truth about you no matter what!", said Ms. Verita Simms.

The contest is only for the main prosecutor (not counting Payne or a guest prosecutor), and you can only suggest one.

Handren that's a very creative entry, but we're judging this contest the moment the prosecutor is announced, so any details about the character's background likely won't get you any points.

I say it'll be Larry Butz.

A female between 20 and 25, thus being around Apollo's age, which could create some background. She wears a long black dress, but has long white hair and has creme-colored glasses. She knows absolutely everything about everyone, i.e.

and often jokes about the secrets she knows, but noone knows what she's talking about. She is not German. She also owns a ring that can read minds (akin to Apollo's bracelet), but she refuses to use it in court as that would be cheating. She despises cheaters, liars, and people who don't take responsibility for their actions. That is the reason she became prosecutor. Her first and last name combined will have two or more syllabbles. She only cares for truth. However, she is very intelligent and calculating. She can be cruel at times by not assisting the defense as openly as Klavier. When we first meet her, she is distant and cold, but as the game moves forward, her past comes into light. Unbeknownst to everyone, she is blind.

I say Godot as main prosecutor, I say he's gonna be there for at least cases 2 and 3.

He will be Male, and connected to magic/ The Gramyres. He'll be fairly old (40s - 50s) with greyish hair. He won't be totally ruthless, but will want to win. He'll wear a lot of green. He will have more to him than it seems....

I think it will be Furio Tigre.

A 25-ish woman, most likely connected to Lamiroir and Borginina, perhaps with family ties. As a prosecutor, she would have some renown, but not as much as the von Karmas, of course. She will be cold to most people but entirely dedicated to the people she care about. She will wear glasses and have long, blond hair. She will be physically well but mentally tortured by past events. Apollo will lose one of the cases to her, as she has excellent observation skills and does not rely on snack-eating machines to carry out her investigations for her.

And one more for good measure... her shocked reaction would involve dark clouds gathering over her head!

It will be Pearl Fey. Phoenix lost contact with Maya, and Pearl becomes angered for not marrying her. To get her revenge, she would become a prosecutor at the age of fifteen (to fit in with all the other prodigy prosecutors out there...). Little did she know that Phoenix Wright was no longer practicing law! So when she finds out, she decides to take out her anger on Apollo instead, being that he is Phoenix's protege. Of course, before facing Apollo she would have a perfect win record. (Cliches for the win!)

I think the next prosecutor would be like Gavin in the sense that she will be looking for the truth and all that. I think she will have an extremely distinct personality and her own theme tune. She will be the daughter of Godot so her theme tune will be a remix of the fragrance of dark coffee.

Impossible. It is impossible for Godot to have a child. He only ever loved Mia. No one else. Mia is dead. He was in a coma. If he had a child after the coma, the child would still be a pre-teen. ;)

I have a feeling the new prosecutor will have a weapon.

It's a girl in her aged 30-ish. She is the sister of a former AA character. She likes to use the word "fool" excessively. Her sister liked to whip people especially phoenix. Her boyfriend is Larry Butz (or Laurice Deauxnim whatever name you want to call him). She already has white hair. Her hair is shoulder length and had blue/grey eyes. SHe wears typical clothes for her family (ruffly).

How i think the next prosecutor will be
It will be a female
She will be over 30
She will be experienced
She will not be a prodiy (she has been working hard to get her reputation and will in some point tell apollo that there isnt any wrong in failing at the beginning)
She has cases that she lost. Pretty much and Apollo makes a point of that. And she answer like it isnt how many trials you win it's about wich trials you win.
She will never underestimate someone.
She sees apollo as and helper in law but she isnt like Klavier. She does her job that is to prove to guilt of a clients and trust on apollo to prove the non-guilt of the client.

That's about everything i can think of now.

That's pretty good, but I think it would be cooler if there was a mass jailbreak and Godot was lucky enough to escape. He could go by a different name, and Phoenix would be mysteriously kidnapped by someone that is in no way related to or has ever been in contact with Godot. It could also be based on Ceres Godot sprites.

It will be Bat (AKA Sean Dingling) from GS2. There's got to be a reason why he was only in a coma and not dead.

the new prosecutor will most likely be female. capcom seem quite formulaic to avoid sexism e.g.
but if they're clever, they won't just do a Franziska re-hash. they'll probably go for the sort of overconfident attitude that made Godot so awesome. At the same time, merely making a female Godot would be a mistake. I'm thinking maybe someone with a semi-punky fashion sense, black hair, and perhaps green clothing? The kind of person who makes a contest out of everything - who enjoys the rush of the courtroom battle.

for the record, i'm describing my OC and main prosecutor to my fangame, Jade Edwards. check 'er out in my sprite thread. she's pretty much the vision of what i expect from GS5's main prosecutor.

Male. Hair in a ponytail, has some stubble. Wears glasses. I kinda imagine him with a black version of Phoenix's suit, only the jacket is unbuttoned. Impatient with pretty much everyone from the judge to the lawyer to the witness. Generally bitter and usually frowning at everyone. When he gets pushed too far, he grows a vicious smirk. Thinks of everyone as simply tools and characters in a game.

Can you tell I'm basing him on one of my characters? I don't really think the new prosecutor will be female; part of the reason why Franziska is so original is because she's the only female prosecutor thus far. I don't think they'd want to take away from that.

the new prosecutor will, without question, be a robot.
it's part of a new prosecutor's plan. all prosecutors are fired and replaced by robots
this is why all former prosecutors will be there to help you.
instead of a desk slam, it wil have a "desk breaker" using it's awesome chainsaw function to cut the desk in half and repairing the desk with the "repair desk" function.
the "objection" will sound like the computer default voice.

The new prosecutor will be female. She will have long hair in a weird colour and like loads of other people, it will fly backwards when you get a good contradiction. She will be related to a person from one of the previous games. She will have trouble socialising outside the courtroom but seems to like Apollo and Trucy (i.e. no grudge) and is aware that Trucy's father Phoenix was once a great defense attorney. She will not be a 'perfect record' prosecutor but will be quite determined to find the truth.
Ema will like her and they will be a good team. She will know Miles Edgeworth and aspire to be like him. Her clothing will be blue and black, and quite simple - a bit like Calisto Yew without the weird earrings - and she will not cut Gumshoe's salary. She will be a relatively new prosecutor a few years older than Apollo.

I believe the main prosecutor in GS5 will be something like this:

female

wears cool colors, as contrast to Apollo's red,

Is Edgeworth's understudy,

is younger than Apollo,

holds a grudge against Apollo and Klavier, for something Kristoph did to her.

holds a close connection with a victim in GS5

was a witness in a case where Kristoph was the defense attorney, and acquitted the one who killed someone close to her, maybe her father or boyfriend. (see last 2 points-possible 5-1 idea)

is from a long-lost link in the Gramarye family, and as such, can use the perceive system.

To add on top of that, her theme song will be a remix of The Great Revival, she will be 20 years of age, she is calm and cool on the outside but hides a bitter and angry personality on the inside, she will routinely insult witnesses when they lie in court, she is skilled enough with the perceive system she notices the faults in the witnesses before Apollo does, and plans accordingly. Will Help Apollo expand his perceiving abilities to outside the courtroom during 5-4. She figures the best way to beat the defense is to get the real killer on her first try. If a defendant turns out not guilty, and no forged evidence is presented, she gets depressed a little bit. Though she still is concerned with finding the truth, so she cheers herself up by the time the real killer is exposed.

Just a few changes. Also to add to these her name will be Kyonshi because it means "reanimated corpse" and the entire time before GS5 Apollo thought Kyonshi was dead, and is back to take her revenge.

He came out from the jail and become a prosecutor again.
I want to see Klavier again!
Or the ghost of Dhalia comes back in the body of another woman.
But I think it´s a woman or a man, who´s the man, every girl and woman fall in love with (includes Trucy).
