Percieving someone when the matagama is in use. :D When a lock appears who can't be destroyed by evidence/ theories. ^^ Maybe that kind of locks get a other color as red. White or something like that. :3

And I thought it would be epic if it was a colour other than black, like... um... okay, maybe there could be TEN black psych locks. I dunno. Black's the most creepy one for a psych lock. :yogi:

Apollo needs to face somebody extremley twitchy and random. That why he'll make so many random twitcy movements it will be hard to actually get a hold of what his quirk is.

Or maybe instead of looking at the witness we should be able to switch over to the prosecutor as well, to see if they're trying to work with the witness to hide information.

Well, first of all, it's spelled "Psyche-Lock".
"Psycho-Lock" was Edgeworth's mispronunciation.

And it is possible that we won't see them again.

That gave me an idea. Someone who has a bleeding nose! They could be like telling their testimony:
"And then Pearl!Mia started jumping on a trampoline..."
*Polly percieves*
"She didn't jump on a trampoline! She jumped off a building!"

Or something to that effect. Oh, and a fun percieve. Like proving Trilo is actually part of Ben would be funny.

Apollo should perceive someone, and the guy being perceived gets so nervous that he does like over 9000 different twitches at once...

Or maybe Apollo will be forced to perceive himself by looking in the mirror (don't ask me how that works)...

I'd love to see the perceive system removed...There's no way of balancing it. With the current system, you know that you're going to have to use it whenever it lights up, which is ridiculously easy. If you could use it any time, the game would be stupidly hard.

It just feels like a cop-out to avoid putting in more evidence/contradictions in testimonies.

I was personally thinking that in the next AA, Apollo would become so gifted with his abilities that he would be able to monitor another person's vital points. This would probably be required when a person is so covered up or so in control of himself that you can't actually pinpoint ANY physical tells. However, there is a three-point system you can use after that.

1) First, in perceive mode, you have to lock on to three areas: The bare face or hands (Signs of nerve activity), the neck or wrist (Pulse) and Throat or lips/nose/cheeks (Breathing).

2) You monitor the three rates and look for inconsistencies as well as physical tells in the areas you selected for your cue.

3) Image

I think it would be interesting if you had to perceive someone who was faking a nervous twitch just to mess you up and you had to find the real nervous twitch somewhere else.

Maybe a quirk where when he opens his mouth to talk that dangly thing in your throat is twitching about.

And I'm sure I read this somewhere, but cant remember where, but their hand looks like it is pulling a trigger on a gun when they mention the victims name, rvealing them as the true murderer. (That would be nice for the first case)

Pereceving a crying person and you discover they are not really crying but it is invisible tubes that leak water out just underneath the eyes. You can only see the tubes when they breath in or something.

Trilo isn't part of Ben. That's already proven in 2-3 because Ben lost Trilo and Phoenix and Maya had to find him/it.

No more like it's an output for his fake self. He assumes people like the persona attached to the puppet Trilo more than they like his shy timid self and so gains confidence when he can portray Trilo as his alternate self.

Least that my opinion and I'd really rather they kept transgender out of it. We already had Jean Armstrong giving us his female mentality in a male body and that was the most disturbing thing in ever.

Nahh that'd involve bringing Phoenix-era folk into Apollo's time though Gumshoe did get a cameo already.

Besides Edgeworth wouldn't be so hard I'm sure he's pretty expressive.
