Ok, So the game that just came out was Edgeworth's game right? Prefect Prosecutor?
Is it out in the US? Or just Japan or what?

Gyakuten Kenji (Edgeworth's new game) came out only in Japan, but is scheduled to come out everywhere else. However, its official name is actually "Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth" not Perfect Prosecutor (which was a fanmade name). I think AAI is hoped to come out in US around January, but I'm not sure.
