Couldn't find any other topics on this so thought I'd post it. That shadowy figure is finally revealed plus someone takes takes a nasty fall. Looking good.

As I suspected, the anime bits are indeed very anime-y, but as someone who enjoys the occasional anime, I have no problem with that.
I do, however, think that maybe not everyone will agree with me on that part.

The games themselves are pretty much if courtroom drama was an anime, except in game form. Personally, I really enjoyed the intro. I just wonder what the english voices will sound like with it.

Some of the scenes are a little more "anime" than I would have done if I was directing the game, but they don't bug me at all. Most of the time I'm liking it a lot. I really like the editing on the intro and the bomb bleep being interspersed with the courtroom evacuating. I also like that they brought back the intro to the Apollo Justice credits music. When you play the games back to back it will feel like you just picked up right where you left off rather than having to have waited 5 years.
I used to have Sam Waterston as my avatar but photobucket added a watermark and also Law & Order has been cancelled for 10 years so it's time for me to move on.

I really liked the opening as it gave a quick intro for Athena and showed off Nick and Apollo before any game play had begun. Although I am freakin curious as to who Nick is talking to on the phone :eh?:

I'm guessing Edgeworth? Or Apollo, if he put the phone back before the camera focused on him again.

PS: Was it revealed who Kokone's seiyuu is? It sounds familiar...

I would think Edgeworth, since the overall vibe of Phoenix's scene and his voice doesn't suggest he's talking to Apollo in the aftermath of the explosion. It makes me think he's discussing something a little more calm and less frantic.

Hey, Tim Fortress can speak without his computer!

Also curious to see if the woman who falls over is case relevant-- we know who the victim is and it's not her. Unless there are two victims? Or if she's Juniper, which is even less likely.

That means you didn't watch Little Witch Academia. You should totally do it, it's a great movie and can be watched legally on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RBlqxEIJ_Cg
