Need help with my case maker game

Well the beginning part works well, the character you talk to appears fine, etc, etc but once you're in court none of the characters show up. The defense attorney, the prosecutor, the judge, the witness, nobody! I don't understand why.
If somebody could help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Anyway, the statement is too vague. What case maker are you using? Please describe the events in more detail.
