After opening the old GS file some time ago, I realized that there were many flaws to fix. So I decided to hell with it, and started making this:

Image

I'm making it about T&T because it was the first that cheered me to do it in the first place. So basically, I'm making a Mega Man -style game with GS characters.

NEW SCREENSHOTS:
Spoiler:
Image
Boss Select screen :3
Image
More stars :D
Image
Okay, let's go!
Image
Slightly changed Weapon Select screen...
Image
Spikes!! Watch out for bullets!!
Image
New enemies!!
Image
Rewrited bosses!! More attacks, less easy xD

Game-progress:
-Menu (almost works)
-Stage Select (works)
-Gameplay (WORKS!!!)

Current stage-progress (progress has been reset):
Dahlia's stages - COMPLETED!! (Some changes maybe in future)
Atmey's stages - 50% complete

Testers who want to test the testing version which hasn't been tested before and so it is tested when it's supposed to be tested because it should be tested when it's supposed to be tested:
-DDRKhat (obviously)
-GenoWhirl
-Perrydotto

About the music... It depends on how good the midi is. You could post links to the ones you want to use; it'll help us decide. And about the screenshots... this looks really nifty!

I knew what it is in Japanese, but it's same in both languages. For example, Atmey's name means:"Just want's love."

Well, I can now say for sure that I will be using musics from the actual GS3/T&T because making midis(at least now) is impossible due to the time I can work on this everyday. I'll first make everything work and after EVERYTHING works, I'll add musics and effects.

Neat idea! I love it when people come up with unique ways to use the AA cast. Also, I'd love to give this a whirl. Sure, I'll help with beta testing. Add me to the list if you would please. AIM/MSN is in my profile, or just hit me up with a PM. THANKS!
Also, if you don't mind, maybe if I can find some extra time and inspiration, I can create some 8-bit versions of Ace-Attorney tunes (or you can just use someone else's because I'm sure there are some out there already...)
Thank you for reading. I hope you have a wonderful day.
100% pure Joy.

The Script goes like this: First defeat all 8 bosses, then you get to face the game's (in this case 3th) prosecutor ( :godot: ) and then you get to face the super special awesome final boss!! (Omg spoilers!!)

Yeah, but I don't know to make midis/have a program to make midis. Ver. 0.1 has a nice Reverb effect in all music, it sound pretty cool :odoroki:

To DeMatador, DDRKhat and Slezak: Okay, youre in. No more BETA testers please :will:

I'm going to a vacation in a few days so I'm not going to be able to work on this in a while. I'll try add some screenshots before I'm going.

Yes. Yes it is, until you take a page from Megaman Tool-assisted speedruns :P

Current bug: Let him jump as he begins moving, as he's about to land, bring up the weapon screen, then close it. Enjoy a harmless Luke Atmey. :godot:

That was great! Not bad for a first-release beta.

I did find one bug where, in the room before the boss, you can get stuck on the door on the left-hand side (you can still jump, but you'll be stuck in that "column")
I was able to beat LukeMan fairly easily, but I could never get the dodging maneuver right, so I just kept trying to pound him with objection bubbles until either he or I exploded. I'm excited to see what's coming!

The game doesn't work for me. Not even a window show up when the exe is run. And the program consumes 50% of CPU. It seems the game is incompatible with Vista (tested on both my pcs).

GenoWhirl wrote:

Well, I haven't made him more than one attack, so when I was making that one, I thought, since he only has one attack (at least in this ver.), it should be an attack that would actually HIT player and make him even a decent boss. I'll maybe change it for the final ver., or at least make the M.G .'s smaller :edgy:

DDRKhat wrote:

Well, I'm going to fix that one so you can give up cheating (joke joke :gant: ). He just uses an action that is ensures that does Phoenix even exist. Otherwise, the game would start throwing errors to your face when Phoenix dies and hes about to attack. Same thing with the pause-thingy.

Yes, that is a bug I tried to fix in a hurry before leaving the town. I think that it is listed in the bug list in the memo page.

Hmm, I use Xp so. Weird that it doesn't work.

No spoiling :gant:

Hehe, I don't yet know to do something like this in this game. Well, maybe.
