I know e-capcom sells em' but only in Japan. I never seen one on ebay except this one. I expect of a much cheaper in ebay (also the item is currently in Japan...) but in the end it was much expensive, here's the proof:

And I don't know if the seller is the one who bid that much (because they can make a seperate account just to higher their product's value), but I tried bidding for like $130 at first then it went this high when I tried bidding for $170. I think this is just too much.
