Hiya, Thesonicx here.
I'm new at making cases, but I've had this one planned out for months now and I think it's time I announce it here.
Spoiler:

Title: My little Pony: Ace Attorney - Trials in Equestria
Project Head: Thesonicx666
Current Contributers: None.

The game is both a fan made adaption and sequel to, Phoenix Wright: Turnabout Storm, and is being made in Adobe Flash CS6.
Currently 5 MAIN cases are planned with many side cases that can be unlocked. Originally there were to be 5 side cases, but as of now over 20 are planned with many different attorneys taking the helm for each case.

(No that blue pony is not a ponified Phoenix)

Main Cases:

Case 1: Turnabout Phoenix Fall. I Don't know weather this trial can count as the basic tutorial trial, since it will be slightly long, difficult, and will require some knowledge of the gameplay.
Not long after bringing an end to the dark age of the law, Phoenix has been summoned to Equestria once again for yet another murder. Only this time he's defending the last pony he thought he'd have to defend.
Episodes: 2
Status: Writing the script

Case 2: Turnabout Wonderbolt. One year after phoenix's disappearance, Apollo has taken temporary command of the Wright Anything Agency until Mr. Wright returns. he has even taken on an apprentice in the form of a unicorn named: Cobalt Spikes. Apollo has put him through a lot of training since he joined, and now he must face his first murder trial.
Episodes: At least 3.
Status: Writing the script.

Case 3: Turnabout Lyre. Being dragged into another case soon after the previous one, Apollo must dust off his lawyer badge as he begins his first murder trial in a year. But that's easier said then done when your client is a unicorn that is obsessed with humans, and when your boss just suddenly returns out of the blue.
Episodes: Around 3 or 4
Status: Writing the script.

Case 4: Turnabout Sparkle. After Twilight Velvet is accused of murdering her husband in the middle of the night. Princess Twilight Sparkle Disregards all laws prohibiting a Princess from being a defense lawyer to defend her mother from banishment. With Athena at her side, what could go wrong?
Episodes: Around 4 or 5
Status: Writing the script.

Case 5: Turnabout Towards Tomorrow. With a new dark age of the law close to Equestia's borders, Phoenix, Apollo, and Athena must prove one of Equestria's princesses innocent or else they will have to face this dark age again. With a corrupt prosecutor, a friend they thought to be dead returns, and the real identity of one of the main characters is revealed, this will prove to be one of the most difficult and satisfying cases in the game (If you complete it that is).
Episodes: Around 5 or 6
Status: Writing the script.

Main Side cases (Cases that are relevant to the story):

The Hearth's Warming Turnabout. Twilight, and the members of the Wright anything agency, are enjoying a fireworks display celebrating Hearth's Warming Eve, but their evening is interrupted when Phoenix is arrested under charges of murder. Enraged, Twilight takes up the case with Colbalt at her side to defend phoenix in court. Takes place between Case 3 and 4.
Episodes: 1 or 2.
Writing the Script.

Turnabout Time. The Doctor is to be put on trial for the murder of a Unicorn named Neon Lights, causing Ditzy to turn to the Wright Anything Agency for help, but runs into Cobalt before leaving Canterlot who accepts the case with Ditzy as his investigative partner and co-council. Takes place between Case 2 and 3.
Episodes: 2 or 3.
Writing the Script.

Turnabout Cello. On the same day Phoenix returns from his year long disappearance he's already dragged into another case, defending Vinyl Scratch after being accused of murdering her roommate Octavia. Takes place between Case 3 and 4.
Episodes: 2 or 3.
Writing the Script.

Turnabout Mentally Advanced. Immediately after Turnabout Sparkle, Phoenix is pulled into an alternate version of Equestria with more... crazy versions of the mane six and is forced by a reluctant Twilight to defend Fluttershy in yet another murder case. Takes Place between Case 4 and 5.
Episodes: 3 or 4.
Writing the Script.

Shadow of the Turnabout. After Shadow is arrested for brutally beating Silver, Sonic must find a lawyer to defend his friend. Takes Place immediately after case 5.
Episodes: 2 or 3.
Writing the Script.

(Descriptions may change as development progresses)

5 main cases + 20 side cases is gonna take you a helluva long time to do. As in years or even decades, depending on how long each case is.

Also, have you spoken with the people who made Doli Incapax and Hawk? You really should do that before planning a case with their characters.

Pretty sure he's referring to this part:

That one guy from AAO that made about a dozen cases that all kinda go off the deep end and fall apart at one point or another.

I'm okay with not using hawk if you don't want me to, I would just make it a quick reference to Trials after justice instead. i'd prefer not to get on my favorite case maker's (SilentBobX) bad side.

I'd also say you should talk with the creator of Doli Incapax. It's generally considered poor form to use somebody's OC without speaking to them first.
