Come on people, the guys a borginian agent who got shoved off a set of stairs, crammed into a suitcase and threw about in the elevator by a nice looking woman who's four years younger then him.... ok it sounds pretty lame, but why is he so cool? :will:

I'm not a mod, but I can't see how it would be locked. There's other fan threads, so it should be okay...

He risked his life trying to expose a great evil and died in the field of work, yet his efforts were not in vain for justice was sought and served with extreme conviction. The sole fact that a seemingly useless cell phone picture ended up being the murderer's Achilles heel is cause enough to commemorate and recognize this fallen hero as one of the best victims and enforcers of justice in the game- nay, the entire series!

The first thing I thought when I saw him was "Wow, this guy looks pretty cool."
He kinda reminds me of Teru Mikami from Death Note for some reason.

Having a fan thread is fine, I just wasn't sure if OP was making fun of him, or actually wanted to discuss him in some capacity. "He's cool" does not make for a very thrilling topic!

Oooh, very nice! I just love how intense his eyes and features are. He's definitely not bad-looking at all (and this coming from a gay chick! :gant: ).

I like Akbey a lot, even if we never had the chance to communicate with him before he died. (Poor guy was just doing his job.) Also, I liked how Lang mentioned that he and Akbey were "like brothers" when they worked together in Interpol. I can't help but be curious about the cases they worked on together, you know? It's fun to speculate about Akbey's character, too. We... don't exactly know much. XD

And if Romein LeTouse was Borginian (I think he was, but I don't think it was ever confirmed), Akbey is the second victim in the series to have been a Borginian Interpol agent! Apparently, all Borginian Interpol agents are cursed to die in the cases they appear in. Poor guys.
