I pretty much agree. Though, I don't know. I think Edgeworth DOES dress fancy all the time. XD I just can't imagine him in a polo or something. But also, I've always imagined him working seven days a week from 6 AM to 11 PM. In other words, he's always working, so he's always wearing his suit. Except for when he's wearing his red silk pajamas. :-D

I like the dorky, flustered side of Edgeworth. I think it makes him more endearing. I can see him as the kind of guy who is very easily embarrased and very shy. There is evidence of this in the first game too. He seems like the kind of person that is very reserved until he feels comfortable showing who he is to someone. He would have to trust that person very much to share so much of himself with them (and I'm talking on a purely friendship level here).

For clothing, I'm not sure about brands, but I doubt he shops at Target or any mass market places. Hell, he probably doesn't even shop at Macy's or Dillards. I can imagine him having all his suits tailored. As for casual clothes, I'm sure he has to have them--I don't think anyone dresses that fancy all the time--he seems like a Ralph Lauren kind of guy to me. Maybe even Banana Republic or J. Crew. I could also see him at the more fashionable department stores (Lord and Tailor or Saks Fifth Avenue).
I agree with crouton about the classical music. I can't see him being into anything contemporary (or even the oldies). Edgeworth doesn't scream closet Rock and Roll fan to me. Although, I do like the idea of him listening to anime soundtracks on the down low, Kween.
To me he seems like the kind of person that would like the classics: Shakespeare, The Greek Playwrights, basically everything from the literary canon. Although, I don't think he would spend a great deal of time reading. He might be too busy with work.
Also because of that same picture, I also imagine Edgeworth wearing lots of Dolce & Gabbana. XD Heh.
And don't forget about Edgeworth listening to "Great Revival" on his iPod. Since that's the only song he has on there. XD And he might have some Steel Samurai soundtracks somewhere. ^_^
He probably is too busy with work to read much for pleasure. He's probably mostly reading law books. O_o

I must say that has to be one of the funniest Edgey-oriented drabble/speech/things I've seen in a while. xD It made me laugh really hard.
I could imagine Edgeworth totally opening up and babbling incoherently about Steal Samurai. Like, he wouldn't even pay attention to formalities or talking proper. And maybe some wild hand motions to make his point.
