Recently, Capcom trademarked "Ace Attorney Investigations" and we have a picture, so we're assuming that that is going to be the actual English name.

A prosecutor is a type of attorney, so it is a correct title. I guess they decided to go with that name because the primary job in the game is investigation. It differentiates it from the courtroom based games that way. Is it the best title? Probably not, but at least they seem to be bringing over to the west, and that's all really care about now.
