Case 1: Turnabout Visitor
From the demo, we know that the first case takes place in Edgeworth's office, with the victim being Shinji Nakamoto. We don't know if there are any other locations featured.
This screenshot was featured in the article talking about the demo though, so we might be able to assume it's part of the prosecutor's office...?
Case 2: Turnabout Airline
With Zinc White confirmed as a case 2 character, we can now connect a lot of previously showed scenes together. There's the bar/ballroom type area that's been floating around for a while, with lots of booze and a piano and an elevator on the right. Though it doesn't look like something that belongs on a plane, the screenshots I included here show through the window first blue sky and then an airline runway. Then there's obviously the seating where Ichiru appears. There's also the bunk room where we first saw Mikumo's sprites in action. Recent shots show Zinc in the room as well, which places the room also as part of case 2.
Case 3 or 4 or whatever
No screenshots of this location have been shown, only art. Don't know yet what case it belongs to, or even if it's just fun concept art not connected to a case.
Case 555.555
Some kind of music venue? There's no dead body in this shot, so it could be connected to the Mirror House case.
Case ~(O_O)~
In the magazine it was posted in, the caption speculated that the thing hanging from the ceiling could be reading off stocks. Might it instead be a control tower at the airport? Or maybe just some rich guy's office?
Case
Some of the earliest game shots showed Edgeworth and Gumshoe in an alley, which was significant if only because the game map looks similar to a map in GS4 showing the location of Phoenix's office. The creators said already that Phoenix is not going to have a big role in the game, but it certainly looks like a dead body right outisde his building!
Case: Turnabout Dolphin Whisperer
This shot hasn't really turned up in any magazines that I can find, but it has been around for a while.
So that's what we have so far, for those keeping score at home.

Assuming that all of these do represent actual venues in the game, we already have 4 distinct murder scenes established, with the water park as a possible 5th. That means we've got a good chance of having FIVE cases in this game which is good news as far as I'm concerned!
(Oh and I this marks my 600th post and transition to Prosecutor. How appropriate in its subject matter!

Since the exploration has been expanded in place of court phases for this game, I would certainly expect more locations than we are used to.

1) Shinji Nakamato at Edgeworth's Office.
2) The "Kristoph-look alike" (which in my opinion isn't) at the plane's elevator.
3) Mark Whitechalk (Get it? White chalk mark?) at the Mirror House.
4) Steve Whitechalk in front of Wright and Co.
So, if each case has 1 victim, then we've got at least 4 cases.
But then we have the Concert Place and Water World. If you look closely at Water World, there are two sets of red/brown footstep marks, one going to the Blue Badger and another going from where Set 1 started but going out of the picture. So, if those footsteps were made with blood, then we have at least 5 cases.

case 1. turnabout edgeys office ( basically the first begining warm up murder)
