Also, if the Van and the Lunchlady are related, then that probably means that Rou and Sheena and that arena-looking place will probably be introduced same case as Franziska (Possibly Case 2 Turnabout Airline)

I'm sorry, but until we have some evidence proving any of the background characters are significant or actual cameos (I don't think that that looks anything like Angel...) we really don't need separate threads for them, like the boozer from the last one.
