What Prosecutor would you like to be in AA:I, instead of Edgeworth?

I'd personally think it would be great to play as Klavier. Otherwise probarly one of the von Karma's.

Since it was originally meant to be an investigator game, I wouldn't mind Ema. In fact, that would be great.

If I had to choose a prosecutor that isn't Edgeworth, I would either choose Franziska or a new character.

In the last case of the first game, it mentions that Phoenix would have become a prosecutor if he had known something - I forget what it is exactly >.<
But if Phoenix had became a prosecutor, it would be so interesting to play as him.

We discussed the Franziska game already in her fanclub thread, that would be hilarious! xDD
Also it would be awesome, if they make an investigations game with Hobo as a main character. x)

That's actually a great idea - I never understood why Phoenix became a PIANO PLAYER (of all things!) instead of a PI.

He could be not official PI, he may just help somebody or something like that. =)

Franziska for sure. If not, I reckon a Godot game would be cool. But I Guess I would be happy with any Character, as long as it is an Ace Attorney game. lol.

Franny so I can bitch whip people and that so would be a feature of the game, instead of 'pressing' people you just whip them to a bloody pulp.

Manfred would be nice or Lana with Gant BWAHAHA.

I think Winston Payne :payne-stroke:

remember when he said in 4-1 that he hasn't lost a single trial in his first seven years of prosecuting? Yeah, I'm speaking about theese times. And cases vs Grossberg in that game would be epic

That game would be WIN

It would only work with a character who can use Logic (not Gumshoe, for example, crashes with his personality), confront people well (an attorney) and have access to crime scenes. In other words, just Defense Attorneys and Prosecutors.

Godotttt! definitly,
I love how he is clincially effecient at his job, and he doesnt take any nonsense,
I also reckon hes the most interesting of all the prosecutors...
Then again, we already know all the cases Godot tried (he wouldn't try a case not against wright, and due to certain circumstances, it appears he won't be trying anymore cases after 3-5)
so a Godot investigations game would be 3-2, 3-3 and 3-5 from the prosecutors point of view...
also, his inability to see red would hinder him slightly as shown in 3-3 and 3-5...

how much I´d wish this is possible it isn´t
the only cases he worked on were the one´s against phoenix and he failed everytime

Yeah because we totally want Capcom to throw all that makes sense overboard so we can play as Godot, who would, quite obviously, not be as epic as seen in T&T when we'd control him.

If you read...I said something that works.
They wrote it, so they can break their own rules - since when has PW ever been exactly 100% Realism?

Never said it would necessarily be a good idea, but this IS a wish thread...so not like it would actually happen. Still, No need to make a deal of it, is there?

I would love to play as Godot or Manfred von Karma...although, both are impossible.

I'd also like to play as Payne for complete lulz. Think about it:

DO WANT!

A Young Manfred with Little Edgey as his partner? Or even Franszika?
Godot would be fun aswell, seeing a little Mieago floating there.

Klavier, for sure! I truly believe there are depths to his character that were not fully plumbed in GS4, and I would love to learn more about him in a game played from his perspective. Plus, just speaking of him as a prosecutor/investigator, he's competent and can turn on the pressure when he needs to, but he's still a nice guy. Sounds like a recipe for fun to me! :kyouya:

If not him, I suppose Franziska would be okay, but they would SERIOUSLY have to tone down her whip-happy tendencies and "foolish fool" ad nauseam rants, or I just wouldn't be able to stomach it. They seemed to be going in that direction with her character in GS3, though, so that's good. If she wasn't too obnoxious, I wouldn't mind learning more about her in a game of her own, either.

Lady von Whippenburg: Ace Whipper. Yeah, I made a joke about one of Godot's lines. It's Franziska.

Top 3:
Edgeworth
Franziska
Edgeworth (13 years ago as of 4-4)

That's enough, you know?

There is a Franziska fan club? What am I doing here, I should go and claim all my love for her on that topic!
~~
Erm, I was kind of bored tonight so I decided to totalize all the posts, to count the posts for one character or for another one.
If you couldn't decide between two characters, I counted both. (sorry if it's not clear! -_-')

And it makes: TADAM

Franziska: 9
Klavier: 4
Godot: 4
Payne: 4
Manfred: 3
New/Any other Character: 2
Phoenix: 2
Lana: 1
Neil Marshall: 1

That's really interesting, isn't it??^^

I'd say Franzy or Papa von Karma! Franzy I think would work better than Papa though. Can you imagine being Papa von Karma during his 40 year streak?

detective marshall : mr von karma sir, it seems as if this fingerprint points to someone other than the defendent.

I would so play that, YES.

Epic von Karma aside, I second Neil Marshall; man, he must have been cool to get that King of Prosecutors.

Not Godot, we already know what happens in his story from the time he wakes up in the hospital to case 3-5. As for Diego Armando, there is plenty of potential, if he weren't a defense attourney :P. :javado:

Other than Edgeworth, Neil Marshall might be a good idea for an AA:I game.

We don't know that! Godot might have gotten off. I would call his actions justified self defense (of Maya)!

Nah, your probably right. That justice system was extremely frustrating. There was no mercy.

Yeah, Diego Armando would be an adequate substitute, as he is Godot.

that glimmerous fop might have depth to his character that isn't explored in GS4. I have to admit he really got on my nerves a lot during that game but I feel like he wasn't properly developed. He comes off as some kid who's playing lawyer but at the end you see that he seems to actually get everything that goes on around him. The thing is we don't see that middle ground.

i agree he wouldn't be my first choice though. xD i already said either franzy or papa von karma. i have to second others on niel marshall though--

as for godot... poor godot :larry: we never ever get to see or hear of him winning a trial
