With the current Court System as it stands, Phoenix and Miles are slated to be NPC roles - while I don't feel entirely comfortable doing this, it is necessary so that we do not bog down the game. I would still like to consider the possibility of having Phoenix and/or Miles as actual player roles. (Though the definition of this is somewhat ambiguous, as the Phoenix and Miles roles are still assigned to active players in Round V, they just do not participate in the actual game itself like other Mafia players, and are merely there for the system to work)
Last, but not least, is the concern of Hidden Powers, that is, secret powers granted to roled players and stated in their PMs, but not publicly. In order to use these, certain conditions must first be met, and they can only be used once. For reasons similar to Velotix's for "hidden roles," I cannot fullly reveal plans for these.

Shrewd businessman cum fugitive. Sought for multiple killings, he has gone into hiding. However, he is willing to offer his abilities to whoever agrees to protect him. Joe begins the game with no special powers aside from his hidden power, and gains a different set of powers depending on his affiliation.
Unquestioningly follows everyone's orders, and seems to have no idea what's going on at all times. If Mike's affiliation is investigated, he will always show up as the investigator's faction. Mike can request identification from another player, allowing him to determine their true, absolute affiliation. He needs to know who's who in case someone gives him orders!

@Bee: Meekins role to me seems very...powerful C: Maybe you should make there be some downside, like if Mike asks for someone's identity then he will be revealed or something on that level. Otherwise you have a powerful Wild Card that can pretty much determine the game.
And no Mafia. BUT THE GAME ITSELF IS CALLED CR MAFIA, BEE ;O;!~ What are we going to call Round V if there is no actual Mafia?!?!
